PF Chang’s is always yummy. I had the Chang’s chicken, which they steamed for me, and brown rice. I hosted a business lunch and my counterpart loved his Mongolian Beef. Nice atmosphere and most importantly, wonderful and friendly service from Zaharah, who was on top of drink refills and answered all the menu questions, even suggesting steamed instead of fried chicken to me.

It’s why I’m always happy after eating there. Great job by the team in Durham.

Soup and spring roll not good at all. The two of us got the $19.99 three course meal, water and no drinks. We were incorrectly charged. $65. The waiter quickly made the correction; however, it would have been nice if he had noticed the error. Don’t plan on coming here again.

How is this possible? A screw just appeared in my rice order. I know it's unbelievable, but it just happened.

it's a real shame that the food is so good when the service is beyond terrible. we were done eating at 8:40. we are still waiting to get our card back at 9:15, after it was finally picked up at 9. just unacceptable. and it would be one thing if they were busy. they are not.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for P.F. Chang’s**

P.F. Chang’s has always been one of my go-to favorites, and every visit reminds me why. I absolutely love their Kung Pao Chicken—it’s consistently delicious, perfectly spicy, and loaded with those signature red peppers. I never eat the peppers themselves, but I love the heat and flavor they bring to the dish. It’s one of those meals I look forward to every time I’m in the area.

Another thing I really appreciate is that P.F. Chang’s actually knows how to make a proper martini without needing a long list of instructions. You’d be surprised how rare that is these days. Between the reliably great food and a well-made drink, it’s a place I always make a point to visit.

If you’re craving bold flavors, great service, and a restaurant that just gets it right, P.F. Chang’s never disappoints.

I stopped coming here because the last 3 times the food was horrible. I hope it has improved for those who are still patrons.

We got the dinner specials and it feels like they really take advantage of you getting pick up considering how much food you get when you go into the restaurant versus how much they give you when you order out it had hardly any meat on it and we spent quite a bit of money to buy this food.
Very disappointing experience

5 stars across the board! Our server Joel was amazing! He explained everything as needed, gave recommendations, and checked on us throughout the entire meal. He was very friendly. The portion sizes of the lunch entrees felt like dinner portions— Definitely not complaining! The atmosphere was very welcoming as well.
