There is only one employee and he is taking the orders late. I am tired of waiting

My order took almost 2 hours to get here I was calling the store so I could cancel it but they never answered me. My food was cold and didn’t taste right anymore $40 down the drain

i placed a order and they told me it was being delivered at 5:30 and its 6:20 been calling the store for 20 mins no answer

The white tall lady literally just answered a phone call in the middle of our conversation. I only came here to pick up my order . So disrespectful. She could’ve attended me first and then pick up the phone .

Horrible!!! I ordered a pepperoni with extra pepperoni and boneless mild wing and cheese bread. They sent me a pizza that look like it came out the frozen section of the grocery store and some barbecue wings that looked a day old and the cheese bread look like they just put the oven on broil and the cheese wasn’t even melted in the middle! Then when I called the store they wouldn’t answer the phone and then took the phone off the hook!!! NEVER AGAIN THE ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA HUT IN HISTORY!!!

This Pizza Hut has saved the night! We originally called little ceasers, placed our order, got there, just for them to nit have our order. Had issues with Marcos pizza too. And Domino's....that's a while problem. Finally said let's try pizza hut. We get there and was greeted by Ariel. Such a sweet kind girl and helped us promptly and made sure we git what we wanted! While waiting for out pizza she brought it out to us!!! The others in the back were very kind and made delicious pizza! Go ahead and save the number for this location because they are great!!!

Didnt get my full order. Delivery driver didn't pick up after he tried to leave my food sitting in the rain without knocking. No direct number to the store so when I was transferred they didn't pick up either. I called 5 times and the on time they picked up I was hung up on. This is a terrible location. Terrible customer service.

Nope! There are so many other options if you are looking for good pizza and decent service. Customer Service for this company is terrible and the below statement from this company is just for show. There was little to no follow up and a distinct lack of care for the issue that I reported.
