Pizza Hut

Didnt get my full order. Delivery driver didn't pick up after he tried to leave my food sitting in the rain without knocking. No direct number to the store so when I was transferred they didn't pick up either. I called 5 times and the on time they picked up I was hung up on. This is a terrible location. Terrible customer service.

Tried to call the store to place an order for over 30 minutes and couldn’t get through to anyone. Would not reccomend.

Terrible services I try to order over the phone and I couldn’t and I place the order online and after I paid the cancel the order

Nope! There are so many other options if you are looking for good pizza and decent service. Customer Service for this company is terrible and the below statement from this company is just for show. There was little to no follow up and a distinct lack of care for the issue that I reported.

Order wrong. Was hung up on 3 times. 4th time I hung up after 30 mins on hold. Pizza cold.

Called to place an order the girl answered and hung up twice. Then she answered the 3rd time and she's having a conversation with someone saying I don't want to tell you because I don't want you to use it against me and hangs up. The 4th time she answers saying she works for the call center. She transfers me to the store they had me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. I called back a couple more times because I'm trying to redeem something a manager emailed me so I can't order online. Once when I called they hung up and called back from another number then hung up again. They either hung up or had me on hold everytime.

This food is horrible. The food was over cooked and cold I can’t even pull my bread sticks were suppose to be bacon and cheese they were just cheese and instead of me being able to pull th apart it’s a loaf , my pasta was over cooked on the top the cheese came off as one round piece and the pasta underneath was not hot . This is disappointing especially when I tipped the driver for coming two minutes up the road .

Pizza Hut delivered my order in a timely manner and the food was great as expected. My family and I will definitely choose Pizza Hut again when we are in the mood for Pizza!

This Pizza Hut has become the worst in durham. The food is bad and the service isn’t great. Tried to call to talk to a manager because my order was wrong and I was just put on hold. No one ever came to pick up even after waiting for 30 minutes.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered. The driver couldn't find my street. I had to call the driver and find out where he was. We got our pizza at least 15 minutes late. then when we got the pizza in the house and it was the wrong pizza. I called Pizza Hut and was on hold for 15 minutes. I finally talked to the manager. He couldn't find my order. I was so frustrated, I told him I'll work with the bank to get the charge dismissed. No more Pizza Hut for me.

Placed an online order after leaving work on Easter. Get there to pickup & the timer on app shows ready in 2 mins. My husband goes inside and has to wait 25 minutes. I watched 5 other people pick up pizza & leave! They either gave my pizza away or didn't make it, period!! Shifts changed, and they tried to make him pay again. He had the receipt, thankfully. I was so aggravated, 8:45 at night and a hot disorganized mess just to get 2 pizzas. The pizzas were not great, thin crust wasn't crispy. The toppings were thrown on sporadically, not placed where each piece has some. Just a handful in the middle and then none on the right/left! Literally looked like a toddler made it. ? It was dark, so there were no pics this time. I will avoid this Pizza Hut location!!

I ordered a pan crust supreme pizza and they gave me the original crust. It's on my receipt correctly what I ordered. Everytime I go to this location it's an issue. Last time they also made the wrong item as well,smh.

I went to pick up my order after getting a notification that it was ready, yet I had to wait 15 minutes for wings that looked like kids nuggets. They weren't tossed properly, either. I also didn't get three sauces I ordered. Pizza Hut is usually better.

This place seems to hire anybody. I tried to order food and the cashier seems to have gotten mad because I wanted to know who was handling my food. It's always someone who looks like they're on drugs or hygiene not up to par that's handling the food. Never again, won't play with my food. Sorry not sorry do better!!!
