Was having a horrible day and I went to Dominoes to get Pizza for my friend’s birthday. They were only doing pick up so I car here. Holly provided me with some options help me save some money prepared my meal quickly and gave me the best customer service. Highly recommend coming here for your pizza needs.

FIRE EVERYBODY!! No one wants to do customer service. When i came in, loud music was playing in the back, and a manager was walking around the outside on the backside, smoking and on the phone. I stood there for at least 7-10 min b4 a worker came from the back. There were 2 workers within sight that never said a thing to me; they were making pizzas, trying their best NOT to look up! I was alone at first and by the time they gave me my pizza, there was 4 of us waiting. The manager came in, walked right past us (still on the phone) and said nothing. Walked past us to go out and still said nothing. The restaurant looked dirty and trash all on the floor. Now the workers making the pizza do a good job, the pizza is always on point! If I could give customer service a -10 I would!

Very disappointed in this store and their service. I would have never sent this meal out to a paying customer at all. Health code violation all across the board this pizza looks like someone else order this meal and they canceled the order so they sent it to us. A VERY DISAPPOINTED PAYING CUSTOMER THAT WIL BE CALLING CORPORATE ON THIS STORE.

Ordered a large thin crust double pepperoni piizza. This pizza has been the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The crust was thinner than a saltine cracker and over cooked. Dining room was dirty especially the floors. All I can say is Never again

Ordered online and came in to pick up. The order came out in two parts meaning we had to wait over 10 minutes in the vestibule as our food got cold.

Came here last week for dinner and the wait was extended beyond the scheduled pick up time. Went back the next week. As I opened my pizza I noticed it wasn’t cut okay cool whatever I can Do that even tho it’s not my job to do so. But it’s a visible hair embedded in the pizza box near the pizza…. Now that I cannot do. Who wants to eat hair? Called customer service but no answer at the direct store. Who’s driving 15 minutes back for another pizza in the rain?!

Ordered delivery from this location twice this year and both times I was sent the wrong pizza. Thin crust pepperoni but we get a thin crust cheese pizza instead. Too much time wasted to return it for correction when you have hungry boys who’s already waiting on pizza. I will not trust ordering delivery ever again. Waste of money.
They don’t follow directions here. Every time I ask for extra sauce on my pizza it’s never right. I asked the lady for an extra side of sauce since they didn’t put it in the pizza. And their result was well you got extra cheese so you got a free topping… but I didn’t order extra cheese. Like why you give me something I didn’t ask for but not what I did ask for?! I could’ve and should’ve just asked them to make it over but my kids were in the car. I’ll drive across town to the other one that follows directions from now on.
