Very rude and unknowledgeable manager, she said she was a district manager named Samantha. She knew absolutely nothing about the menu items where she works and was arguementative. First my credit was not applied appropiately which had to be fixed, than she wanted to go back and forth about the upcharge price for pan pizza, i had to show her the menu price on my phone to correct her, than she wanted to go back and forth about the triple treat and what comes with that i had to again correct her and show her the she was wrong trying to overcharge me. She claimed she could not find it in computer but the person who took the order had no problems, had to show her and plus again it right on the menu online. Pizza hut needs to really be careful.who they hire as management its not a good look when the customers knows more than the manager, and i do not work there, this is a prime example of bad for business and embarrasing. Not once did she apologize for her being wrong about literally "everything" instead blamed it on the computer and told me" it is what it is" i told her i am doing a review she said " its fine it comes back to the store" . This was complete human error not a computer fault as i knew these things myself so Instead of being rude and arguentative she should of took time to research and study the menu to get more knowledge and not be so clueless. This experience as much as i come here was horrible. This location needs better management. A manager should act more professional and not like this towards the customer.

The atmosphere is always kind of dark. I wish they would lighten up a little. The employees are very accommodating.
I have ordered multiple times from this location. The food is always done before the estimated wait time given. The staff that they do have (very understaffed) stay calm, are extremely nice, and welcoming.

The hostess was polite and professional the only thing is the management kept yelling for her to do things while she was in the middle of serving me and my wife. The bread sticks were ok and the pizza was marginal at best. We've had better food at other locations, and the decor was horrible, tables chipped or cracked the floor was in bad shape, the whole dining room needs to be redone.
