it was take out almost 40 dollars. we were in town for two days. They were nice but the pizza was terrible. it had a weird taste the cheese tasted old and the crust was very hard. I am sorry to say it was nit worth the price. I was extremely disappointed. I used to think puzz hut had one of the best pan pizzas.

DO NOT DELIVER HERE?!? Uber, door dash. The manager is beyond words horrible. He will make routes and orders right at close and when you go to pick up the order, he will cuss you out and refuse to let you in forcing you to both waste gas getting to the store location and getting docked for a “cancelation”. Do not accept delivery orders from this location!!!

God awful experience. If your location doesn't have drivers that it can manage, don't offer delivery on your own website. Fun story: order is 30 mins late mysteriously (no communication), you call, and then are told it's "under the broiler , there was a mix up with delivery" to get you off the phone with no other info other than hope and a dream. Then after politely waiting an hour to call back to check on it since life can happen and it's a weekend, I first check an automated status that YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED! Then you get to talk to someone who remembers your name from an hour ago (which indicates they know something is wrong but decide not to do anything about it?) but the tells you "you need to call DoorDash to tell them it's ready ". Pizza Hut chose door dash, I ordered it on Pizza Hut directly! And it's apparently because there are no drivers in existence otherwise? So it's now two hours since I ordered and it's my problem they can't deliver? In what business world does that make sense. These negative reviews from others stack one on the other likely for a reason and tonight I got to see first hand why. Whether I actually get a call from a manager or whatever is a moot point - do better. I don't know if this is location specific or Pizza Hut across the board now but do better

Food cold and disgusting! I spent 50.00 and waited 2 hours to get cold pizza. I ordered my pizza at 7:36 and received it at 9:15 and I kept calling once the delivery time started changing. Spoke with a manager and was told my pizza would still be hot and fresh but that was a lie both pizzas were cold and nasty I couldn’t even eat it. In very disappointed in Pizza Hut and until they get better service I will not be eating here again.

I made a order on the online app, and got a text saying that a doordasher was delivering my order. Waited a hour, and checked the status of it, and it says that it was cancelled…
I did NOT receive a notification of my order being cancelled, nothing ! Not even a way to get my refund back. I called customer service and it is piss poor ! Kept getting transferred back and forth to OTHER REPS and not the store…unacceptable, and I have YET to get my money back

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My children's softball team (7-9 year old girls) chose this restaurant to have an end of season meal to celebrate. The head coach ordered $250 worth of pizza and included a tip in that. At the time of this order, he asked the manager if it was ok to sing one song with the girls at the end of their meal. The manager said that was fine and then collected payment. All the lights in the dining room were off and blinds all closed at 11am despite there being a sign saying dining room open as well as it saying online the dining room was open. The coaches were the ones who served all food and drinks. As soon as they finished eating and began to sing, they were abruptly told to stop and leave. The manager also removed the dining room open sign and told the group the dining room was closed. Terrible service and worse treatment of multiple families and children just trying to enjoy themselves. If you want pizza, this is NOT the place to go.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Worst customer service ever!!! The guy that works there was very rude and disrespectful. He charged me for toppings they didn’t even add and when I asked for a price adjustment at pick up he refunded my money, took the pizza back, and said that he doesn’t wanna deal with people “like me”. No wonder why this place has a very low rating. Also, the place was really dirty, even the guy clearly lacks personal hygiene.

Literally just placed an order says it’s been delivered yet I have no food trying to call the store no one answers the phone just pre recorded messages that never end I’m literally on the phone waiting as I type TERRIBLE service they always sending door dashers out with the orders then when u don’t get your food they say contact DoorDash NO I ordered on the website not DoorDash I shouldn’t have this problem get y’all stuff together it’s so ratchet at this location 0 outta 10 would NOT recommend
