If you want late cold pizza from door dash that blames pizza hut, than order from here.... it's your choice......

This use to be my fab restaurant now its just garbage...everytime I go there its a problem...This time I ordered pizza and breadsticks and my cheese is completely burnt on my breadsticks but yet they gave it to me anyway...I don't understand not caring about your job..get another one but to take my money and give me garbage to eat is disrespectful.. I'm done with pizza hut
The worst service ever. Online order was completed at 8:14...I didn't leave the store with my order until 9:51.
So today after already having a issue with the app. I finally get to order I always order my pizza without sauce due to an allergy I have with marinara sauce. The website didn’t give me a special request box. As soon as the order went through after telling me it was between 1hr-1.5hr wait time I called less than 2 minutes to the store located on hey 54 spoke to the lady told her the situation she claimed the pizza was already in the oven. Confused as to how it got in the oven that quick the lady tell me oh we can’t change it now because it’s in the oven the only other option is to purchase a new pizza or get a refund. Refund was the last thing on my mind I just wanted a pizza we can eat without having a allergic reaction. Then I asked to speak to the supervisor she says the same thing after explaining to her that I would be in the hospital if I ate the sauce. She didn’t show any concern while repeating well what you want me to do??? Not acceptable at all very very bad experience I’ve ever had the supervisor told me her name was Brittany and her supervisor name was Desmond I asked for last names and she responded we don’t have to give you that. I need some answers.
Sent my significant other to pick up my Order & it was supposed to be ready at 930. Got there at 930 & it took him 30 mins to get my order. My pizza was WRONG, the bbq sauce was dripping out of the wing bowl, & the pasta along with everything else was cold, & I only live 10 mins away. Called (1st time phone rang 100 times, had to call back) to let them know & the girl who answers says I haven’t ordered there since July. 😒 I ordered there last month & tonight clearly. Been on hold for 12 mins waiting on the manager, just for them to pick up the phone & hang it up on me. Call back & the employee had an attitude & said managers were busy. Brought the order back, THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS, and everyone was calling about screwed up orders or orders that hadn’t been delivered & it was past the delivery time. Atmosphere is trash, most of the employees are rude & lazy. Someone is always standing around on their phone, or loud music playing, headphones in, etc.. All the males have locs and beards and no hair nets. Manager was nice about replacing my order, but this was horrible. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. I won’t be ordering from this one again.
I tried to order pizza for delivery at 10:20 and the website says it closes at 11 p.m. Not taking deliveries 40 minutes before closing is a bit much. If your going to advertise open till 11 take orders till eleven or post it on your website! They told me I was welcome to come get it?
