Today was my first visit to Playa Bowls, and it was an excellent experience thanks to Naomy. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm welcome and a big smile, instantly making me feel comfortable as a first-time guest. I let her know it was my first time there, and she did not hesitate to walk me through the menu and explain all of the options available.
After asking a few thoughtful questions about what I like, Naomy helped me choose the nutella bowl, which ended up being a great recommendation. She was very kind and patient as she guided me through the different toppings and bases, making sure I understood everything before ordering. When I mentioned I was unsure about the some toppings, she immediately suggested leaving it off so I could customize the bowl to my preference, which I really appreciated.
Naomy also took the time to tell me about the Playa Rewards program and helped me sign up, so now I can start earning points on future visits. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and genuine desire to create a positive first experience stood out and made a strong impression. I will definitely be returning to this location, and I cannot thank Naomy enough for all of her help and outstanding service.
