Today was my first visit to Playa Bowls, and it was an excellent experience thanks to Naomy. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm welcome and a big smile, instantly making me feel comfortable as a first-time guest. I let her know it was my first time there, and she did not hesitate to walk me through the menu and explain all of the options available.

After asking a few thoughtful questions about what I like, Naomy helped me choose the nutella...
