The food is good and the pokes are excellent, but the treatment from the workers is the worst... they have a bad face and a terrible attitude... we all have a problem but no one is to blame for paying for that.

Just stopped in to get something because my wife and I were in the area and there isn’t a location where we live. There were two young ladies working. They didn’t explain how things work and we were charged more than expected because we got two proteins….the sign says two proteins for the regular. Then rather than explaining to us they acted as if we should have known and said we didn’t make them aware of what we wanted. I think this is poor customer service and makes us not want to come back. Our last visit was much better and friendlier staff. We didn’t get the same vibe this time. Btw…Sunday, December 22nd between 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM

Love the energy with the Employees and manager. Dee and Alicia We’re very helpful with me tonight. I ordered the spam Misubi and bowl… But there were some technical difficulties with the app lol so the manager helped me to redeem my reward with ease and patience. thank you so much for understanding and not bypassing the mishap! love this place will be back. Also the food is phenomenal. My favorite poke place!.
