Food is not bad.. However the staff assisting customers were absolutely rude and unprofessional. The lady working the counter rolled her eyes at us, upset that we wanted to add another bowl to our order. Not only was the customer service poor but we had purchased two drinks for $6 which were halfway empty due to the ice machine being broken, I understand equipment malfunctions but we did not pay $6 for half a drink.

Poke burrito was not fresh - couldn't even bite through the seaweed. Person making the burrito put browned lettuce on and I didn't ask for lettuce in the first place. Huli huli chicken was a strange texture and did not taste good. Person who made the order was wearing gloves but then proceeded to ring us up with the gloves on and went back to making food with the same gloves on!

Pokeworks is my favorite spot for poke in the Triangle. I build my own bowl with their fresh salmon. I love that you can get so many toppings. Plus their Hawaiian salt and chili dressing option is the best. The staff has also been really kind. 10/10 recommend!

only eat here if you like your poke to smell like old fish even though theres only 3 pieces of fish total in it. rice was over cooked and mushy & boba in my boba tea was also over cooked and mushy. This was literally the worst poke I've ever had.

I ordered a sesame chicken bowl. The food quality and taste were ok but there was basically no chicken in the bowl, I counted like 4 tiny little pieces. That’s not worth $15 🤷‍♂️

I ordered the Umami Ahí bowl with a side of chili crisp oil & it was so good!!! I’m not kidding….I inhaled my food! I ate it so fast, I forgot to take a before picture….so I included my after picture. 😁 definitely ordering it again!

Healthy, fresh, and a great price for what you get. Folks behind the counter are always friendly. I really enjoy my poke salad every time I get it.

I tried the huli huli chicken and it was really good. The brown rice was awesome too, it wasn't dry. My bowl was very filling. I couldn't eat it all in one sitting.

I went into today. Everything down to the service was terrible. After multiple minutes of waiting for my bowl to come out. A male employee (could’ve been a women) took my bowl to the back of the establishment and had their way with it. I ended up still eating it but won’t be coming back anytime soon.
