The large portion is definitely enough for two meals. The ingredients tasted good. The ability to customize almost everything is also a welcome option of making a good meal.

I popped in right at opening and got me the Luxe Lobster bowl with half rice and half salad. It was absolutely delicious! I switched out the ponzu sauce for the sriracha aioli and it was so good. I love a lot of sauce and Renee(I think) def hooked me up. Customer service was great and they were quick so I was able to run in and run right back out!

The food is very good, the service is very fast, but several occasions have already passed is that things are added to the order, they are paid for them and they do not come. the last order u The last one was today that I ordered one of the new dishes and this wine without the extra avocado I ordered.
Food is usually great but this is the worst customer service ever. It’s not worth going there anymore. My pick up order was wrong, I had to be to the store in less than 10 minutes to get my food fixed if I wanted that. To get a refund you have to go through a customer service online which takes a while. Do not go here, save yourself money and the displeasure of their customer service and go to another poke places.

Called in an order and service person said you can order online and literally hung up the phone. I didn’t want to order by app because needed to ask questions, worst service. Then when I went to pick up food service person handed it to me and just glaring like she was telling me not to return. Ugh! Not what I was expecting as a paying customer.

Food is not bad.. However the staff assisting customers were absolutely rude and unprofessional. The lady working the counter rolled her eyes at us, upset that we wanted to add another bowl to our order. Not only was the customer service poor but we had purchased two drinks for $6 which were halfway empty due to the ice machine being broken, I understand equipment malfunctions but we did not pay $6 for half a drink.
