This food truck was an awesome find.
The chicken is solid charbroiled chicken. Great flavor and char. The breast was a little dry but still good.
The ribs though!!!!! I was having flashbacks to ribs my uncles would make in Mexico when I was a kid. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, a must try.

10/10 juicy chicken, great tasting rice and beans. The chicken had a good grilled and charred flavor. Tender rice and tasty beans. Simple food, no frills. Quick service food truck beside a tire shop. I heard about this food truck a few years ago and kept it on my radar. I ordered a half chicken with rice and beans mixed (beans on top of rice). Total price $17.69. The location is a bit out of the way for me, but if I'm out that way, I would definitely come by again. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. I got there a little after 12 noon on a Wednesday, and it took about 5 to 7 minutes for my food. I ordered, paid with cash, but they accept cards. There was parking by the food truck and a table if you wanted to eat there. They also sell fresh corn Tortillas.

Really good chicken, even the chicken breast is juicy. Really good Ribs!!!! the waffle fries have a new seasoning I could eat the whole bag.

Wanted a taco. They don't serve tacos. Only chicken. The prices were too much. Ended up spending $5 for a small bowl of rice. I threw it out. Nasty. I was not impressed.
