As if it’s not bad enough I got old chicken that’s been sitting I get all the way home which is 20 minutes from the location to find out that the jalapeños I ordered were not in my bag. What was the point of the guy in the drive thru looking me in my face and asking if I ordered THREE jalapeños just STILL not put them in my bag. I got home , showered and was ready to enjoy my meal until I saw my favorite part was missing. If I only wanted chicken I could’ve gone anywhere!!!! I literally go for the jalapeños. I tried calling because I wanted to go back for them and now it’s 5 minutes til they close so no answer.

It started when I ordered the 18-piece wing combo the old game day deal and half of my wings did not come attitudes all around the board could talk to anybody can get no help they dismissed from the window like their job isn't to fix the mistake that they made I hate being rude to service workers but they were really rude and hard to deal with fast forward we haven't ate in there for maybe 3 to 4 weeks we go back just to use our points to get a 6-piece bone-in wings she looks at us looks at our order ticket and hands us a three-piece chicken and they was so rude the last time they made a mistake we just took the chicken and left but if you do not want your food messed up or to eat raw food or old food or have horrible service I just would not go there all the way around don't even give him a second chance

Great chicken, tastes fresh fried and tasty breading. Sandwich similar in taste and presentation to Chick-fil-A. Order is generally always right, but sometimes missing the sauces/dippers. Friendly and capable staff. Great quality, definitely recommend.

Great spot for some Cajun fast food...do pretty well
I have ordered here a handful of times hoping it would improve but it has not. The quality of the chicken is very bad. The chicken tenders are usually hard to bite through like there are tendons. It’s very poor quality meat. We have had cramping and diarrhea following eating here. I don’t recommend and won’t be going back.

I wish there is a ZERO star option. I ordered 4piece combo it was super super greasy that i cant sleep whole night even after eating a piece because of stomachaches. The old lady in the counter was superrrr rude. This is the last time i am ordering from them

What kind of fast food place serves chicken without barbecue sauce? I ordered a 3-piece combo with a drink and paid at the first window. When I got to the second window, they tried to charge me extra just for a sauce. I said no—and they handed me the food with no sauce at all. Not even one.
