Horrible customer service. The person at the drive thru giving me my order never spoke a single word to me. Rolled his eyes when I asked for no ice in my tea. Stared at the screen with my order, which was tenders and shrimp box 1 cocktail sauce and 1 honey mustard and sweet tea, for 10 seconds. Then handed me the tea and bag and closed the window. Low and behold not 1 sauce. He must have been really upset he didn't get to put glass in my ice...

Popeyes biggest asset, by far, It's staff members. Received a good Cajun howdy, upon entering. Allowedme to take my time and go over the menu. Answered all my questions.The chicken sandwich was a littledry, but everything else was perfect.Thank you Apex Popeye's!

I ordered a popcorn shrimp dinner, it was more like popcorn crumbs or popcorn thoughts, because it could not have been shrimp. It was bread crumbs. The drive thru also forgot the sauces for the said crumbs. I won’t be back. To pay $15 for basically the sides, because there wasn’t any meat, is crazy. Do better!

We placed an online order and picked it up in the store. We communicated our sides and what type of we wanted to the cashier in the store.The manager was very nice and assisted him but part of our order was wrong. Instead of the classic wings we had lemon pepper and instead of two different sides we had one beans and rice. The wings were too hot for my wife but the food was fine and the restaurant was clean!Be sure to check your bag

Tried to order through the app, TWICE. Before close and not like 10 mins before close.. it was at least 45 minutes.. both times order was processed and then was cancelled. Not the first time either. Hopefully the regional manager finally visits his stores and reads reviews. Because the general managers/employees are doing a PHENOMENAL job……………. :’(

Drive-thru and Customer service is HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.1st Window had hard time entering the correct order.2nd window tried to tell me that the sweet & spicy wings that were given were signature hot after I insisted that they weren't the correct wings she refused to take them back, BLAMED it on the 1st window who actually keyed in the correct order, and I had to go inside. Only for the manager to rectify the mistake in a timely manner.The only saving grace was the managers quick response. Highly recommend going somewhere else .

When I first started coming to this location, my orders were consistently accurate, and the drive-thru service was prompt with minimal delays. However, I've noticed a decline in the quality of service over time. Mistakes like missing sides and sauces have become more frequent.Today, when I visited, they were out of fries, and the person at the drive-thru window didn't seem bothered by it. I decided to go ahead with other sides, but when I got home, I discovered that they had forgotten my mashed potatoes and sauces. Additionally, the quality of the other sides was mediocre, and the chicken orders were incorrect – one was missing pieces, and the other was not spicy as requested.Unless there are significant improvements, I'll have to consider going to a different location in the future.

I rarely leave reviews but this Popeyes was by far, the absolute WORST I I’ve ever been to. Asked for sixteen pieces of chicken and only got twelve when I paid for sixteen, lady taking my order could barely speak English which is probably why the count came out wrong after telling her three times. Chicken was absolutely horrible, it tasted over fried like it had been cooked in old oil. Needless to say, I’m gonna stick to Churches and Bojangles because Popeyes is taking a straight L on this location.

First they told us they didn't have any chicken sandwiches and we would have to waitThen they screwed up our drinks 3 times.. We asked for unsweet iced tea ...first we received sweet iced tea then we received half and half the third time we received an Arnold PalmerThen they brought out our order but only the chicken sandwich ... After looking through the bag we realized it was not our order then she gave the bag to the car behind usI went in to get our foodThe food bags that the car behind us went through came back in and they tried to give them to me. I said I would not take themThen they told me I didn't order a truff chicken sandwich after I had just shown them the receipt showing that I did.Then the manager said we will make it one more time and then we're doneI said no we're done now .... You just told your employee not to give food to somebody after somebody else has already touched it then you gave it to me and then told me that nobody had touched it after you just told her that ...I can hear everything you have all just saidAbsolutely ridiculous. Terrible serviceExcept for the female that was running the register at the counter for the dining room she was wonderful & had nothing to do with it .1:00 todayAnother car left because they never received their food and then the manager was yelling at the drive-thru line staff because they couldn't get food out & all these cars are waiting ...it's her fault no one knew what was going on !Chaos
