Overall I never had an issue with the Popeyes at the mall. The staff there in my experience was nice, and the food there was great. I don't eat Popeyes at the mall all the time, it's just my experience there. Well I can't wait to order food there again in a few weeks.

I don’t know, I guess I’m just lucky too like the other reviewer stated because my foods always been hot, delicious and the employees were precise and worked fast to get my food to me. I’m definitely coming back.

I place an online order and it takes me 15 minutes to get there. They missed my chicken sandwich, my fries, and left my wings unsauced. This is unacceptable for a fast food place it shouldn’t have been hard to get my order correct when it went through the system 3 times.

This is the worst popeyes ever. Someone needs to shut this place down. These workers are so rude. The wait is too long. They are busy talking and making fun of customers. The pregnant worker in the front just threw my food at me because i reminded her that im still waiting. Ill NEVER EVER come back here again.

Apparently a $12 combo doesn’t get you a refill on the drink. I didn’t even leave the food court, asked to get a refill on the drink and the worker said I would have to pay $1.09….
Tea dispenser had no lid on it so I told lady I didn't want it she wanted to say it was good and I said one more time I don't want give me a Dr Pepper.just give me what I want thank u

Waited 10 minutes in line and no one had their order taken. Incredibly slow service. Drove over to Bojangles and was instantly served. I don't give second chances. It's clear there was no management.

Literally stood for 10 minutes waiting on ghost pepper wings BEFORE the manager even said anything to me about having to wait. Very inconsiderate. As a former GM i believe that she for sure should’ve communicated to me way before she did. Nicely pointed this out to her and her response was “oh, sorry.” Like ma’am, no.

Maybe I just get lucky every time but I’ve never had a bad experience here like others are describing. I usually come during lunch when I’m already shopping at the mall and get my food within a minute after ordering. It’s always correct and some of the highest quality popeyes food I’ve ever had.
