I don’t understand what’s the deal with this place and the sauce. They ALWAYS forget my sauces unless I remind them at the pickup. I don’t even like Popeyes but I get out for the blackened ranch which tastes like Heaven. Only to realize when I get home that they took Heaven away from me. It’s like they’re saving the sauces from every order and going to sell them on some weird sauce black market or something.

They had a rough time when they first opened a few months ago, but they seem to have things figured out now. Food is great, service is great.

Where do I start??? The chicken was old, it looked like they scraped the bottom of the pan for the Mac and cheese, the biscuits were hard, and the mashed potatoes were cold. In the inside it says the sanitation grade is an 98 but with this type of food they need have a D! Don’t come here!

Specifically for this location, for ease of order and familiarize with the menu, it’d be helpful to have another menu board prior to ordering for drive through.

Everybody is confused. I paid at the first window. Waiting to go to the second window; the cashier taps on my car to ask me if I paid even though she literally took my payment and gave me a reciept 2 minutes prior. I get to the second window and can hear the crew confused about if I paid or not. They asked for my receipt and discussed it some more then gave it back to me. They then gave me my food and drink with no straw, napkins, Or condiments. Will not return. $9 wasted. Shrimp portion was small too.

NOT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SERIOUSLY for fish sandwich.I travel just to eat seafood and give reviews to weight lost patients. Since the advertising of the fish sandwich seemed to be good. I went to purchase just the sandwich for $6.44. It was a too spicy luke warm hamburger bun full of spicy chicken season. You could not taste the technique of the fish. I didn't taste the fish because of the spicy hamburger bun. I have never tried the chicken because people already said the chicken was too spicy and poor customer service, prices are to high to eat spicy seasons.

Simply terrible. Chicken was a bit undercooked and tasted bad. Customer service was equally bad. This was the second time visiting this location, which the first time was equally disappointing. I was hoping they were just off, nope!If you want good chicken, go to the restaurant on Guess Rd.

My son asked for me to review this restaurant because we had a great experience. We dined in. Our food was fresh. The lobby was clean, restrooms also very clean. The cashier who was the manager was very nice and on point. They also had someone cleaning the windows as well. Overall, we had a good experience and our food was good.

I mean the other Popeyes north Durham near Costco is so much better. This one the chicken was old. Felt like they made it hours ago. So we’re the fried. Just read the other reviews.

Drive through person had an attitude. Forgot my side, and my sauces. Wasted 10 dollars on some soggy tenders. Frankly, I don’t see this place fit for serving food. My advice: go across the street and help yourself at Chick Fil A.

I should have looked at the rating before I wasted my time going. $30 of my money and 30 minutes of my time down the drain. The staff in the drive thru was very nice. The chicken was burnt to a crisp.

Our Chicken sandwich was double fried in old grease. Seems like the sandwich was cooked hours ago and they simply put it back in hot grease to make it appear hot and fresh. The food appeared burnt and dry.

I placed an order online last night, I ordered the 12 piece of chicken (family meal) AND WHEN I GET HOME AND CHECKED THERE WERE JUST 9 PIECES OF CHICKEN, NOT 12, I WANT MY MONEY BACK, and when I realized I checked online and they were already closed, I do not recommend this place 2/10

Service is slow for a restaurant that barely has any customers, employees are rude, and the chicken is super dry. If you want way better quality and faster service - go to the Popeye’s on Guess Rd, it never disappoints.
