Second time in this durham location and I would give the food a 5/5. The customer service was top tier by Ms.Leah! very sweet young lady with a beautiful smile, food was great and very clean environment. My family will be most definitely returning soon!!

I came in for a new sandwich spot with my siblings on sunday night, we loved the cubano and avo turkey sandwich and our french toast cookies!! And the worker which her name was “ Leah “ was so kind and friendly! 1000/10! Will absolutely be back !!

I love potbelly but some of the employees attitudes are trash . Why come to work if you don’t want to work . This is the second time that my sandwich has been made horribly with a nasty attitude on the side..
