I would typically give this place a 5 star rating, the pretzels are delicious and my kids love them. However, the service we received this evening was extremely poor and downright rude. The young man we had helping us out told me that I was rude for placing the bills and change on the counter instead of handing it to him. Umm what?? He said I was "lucky" he handed the change back to me instead of placing on the counter as well. Sadly, my 7 year old couldn't understand why...read full review
