Great service! Very friendly staff, always have a great smile when I shop there. I love their garlic pretzel bites, made fresh and you know it’s good quality. 10 times better than Auntie Anne’s pre made pretzels.

BEWARE!! I just purchased pretzel bites and melted cheese, realized I was eating mold from the melted cheese cup and the lady tried to replace it with another cup and when she went to show me it had mold also!! She only wants to refund me for the cheese! Never again, Auntie Anne's is right upstairs, tastes better, doesn't cheat you, and it's safe to eat!

The place to go for pretzels. Made fresh and hot. So hot, you gotta wait a couple minutes after getting it to let it cool off. As good as they smell, don't burn yourself trying to eat it right away! Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing pretzels! Always a highlight of a mall visit since they are so fresh and delicious.
Actually pretty good. I thought cheap knock off of auntie Anne’s, but actually better than the specific auntie Anne at Southpoint. Usually a line on weekends. But solid. Pretzel is airy and buttery. The auntie Anne’s at southpoint is bitter and doughy.
