Just ate here for the first time and WOW. I tried 3 different pupusas and each was fantastic. Cashier was nice as well. I will definitely be back!

Delicious food and warm, welcoming people. I’ve been coming here for years with my kids, and it’s always a great experience. This is hands down my favorite restaurant in Durham. My kids especially love the pupusas—try the loroco and chicharrón, they’re fantastic! Our family favorite is the weekend beef soup.

Lively, casual El Salvadorian restaurant in an unassuming local, offering a variety of pupusas and tÃpico plates. Very reasonable prices. Family friendly atmosphere. Hidden gem!

I went here to order something no one was at the desk there were two young guys sitting next to the desk in the very first booth but after standing at the desk for 3 minutes if they did work there they sure didn't care... I just left after no one came and they just sat there looking at their phones

I have actually read some comments and I agree with many of them, the guy who takes the orders is the worst, before when he had the trailer I think he was a little friendlier but I don't know if it was due to overwork or because They already have more money and shit has gone to his head. I don't know what happened to the guy. But I went for some tamales and I wanted to pay with the card, I couldn't see this sign and I asked him if it was a swipe or insert the card, and he just said read the instructions, I couldn't see it was reality. It had already happened before, the Asian man's disgust with the clients is evident, and I don't recommend it either. He only shook his head as if he wanted to make you look ignorant, and as I said before he couldn't see, man, I hope that restaurant stops existing so that he can see that his damn horrible pride was of no use to him...
