They say you can call to order ahead but we literally always have to wait at least 30 mins after we arrive. Its crazy . The food is pretty good but today we waited over an hour after calling ahead and they said 20 mins ...we waited 20 minutes then wentand it wasn't ready . We had to wait over an hour. That is bad customer service and just ridiculous. I think its time we find a new pupusaria
