Always great service. Burgers are always good, but I usually go for the veggie burger which is the best I've ever had and unlike anything I've tasted!

The historic brick bones of this old tobacco warehouse now house a burger joint painted in electric purple and teal, the kind of color scheme that shouldn't work but does. Natural light pours through the massive industrial windows, catching the string lights overhead and making everything photograph real good.
The Brasstown grass-fed beef is the real story. Smashed thin on a screaming-hot flat top, each patty develops those lacy, shattered edges that crackle when you bite through. But they push the technique hard; the beef is smashed so thin and cooked so long it takes on an almost leathery chew, more tough jerky than juicy in places. The cheese fuses to the meat, and their orange sauce (tangy, with a little heat) pools generously on the butcher paper below. Still a two-napkin burger, still satisfying; just know you're getting crispy over succulent.
Eight minutes from order to table for grass-fed beef is genuinely impressive. The industrial fans move serious air through the space, and the R&B playlist runs louder than conversation-friendly, but that feels intentional. They want you fed and happy, not lingering.
If you're at American Tobacco and want a burger that punches above its fast-casual weight class, this is the move. Just ask them to go easier on the smash if you like a little pink in the middle.

I ordered the Classic on a Gluten Free Bun combo with sea salt fries and a 1/2 & 1/2 tea. The burger was delicious, the fries were great and the tea was just right.

The burger was burnt and super greasy. The French fries were overcooked and were basically like potato sticks. It also took 15 minutes to make the burger and fries… and I was the only person in there who had made an order. Not worth the money paid whatsoever
Original bird dog and tater tots. Frose was strong but really good. Service was great too

Arrived an hour before the DPAC opened and had just a pack of crackers all day so I decided to have dinner. I walked around and saw various restaurants and I'm glad I picked this one. Food was top notch and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this place.
OMG so first off whoever is putting the Playlist kd music together knows what's up! Great music that's random but every song is a bop. Secondly, each burger is smashed with the perfect seasonings and spices for whichever one you get. Those fried piiiiiiicccckles and fries. That homeade lemonade. Quality.

There was a line out the door, and I understood why when I got my food! The burger and fries were delicious. I love skinny, crispy fries! I was so hungry I didn’t get a photo of the food 😆

Solid burger and good drinks
Update: The cheesy tater tots with the fires spice was delicious. The cheese is creamy and smooth and the perfect ratio of cheese and tater tots. The PBJ burger is absolutely amazing and delicious. The perfect blend of peanut butter and strawberry bacon jelly. The new strawberry passionfruit slushy margarita was so good and who created this drink is a god send. Branwen and Janiyah were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Queen burger if you want to have an amazing smash burger.
The Carolina Slaw burger is amazing. The chili and slaw are made in house and they are delicious! The fried pickles are thick and crispy and amazing. The spicy ranch sauce was also delicious and made in house. The staff are friendly.
The Veggie Burger is delicious. It has a really good texture and nice flavor.

The atmosphere was amazing. I love the art around the place, and the music is a vibe too. The spicy Smashburger is what I had and it was absolutely fantastic. My whole table (5 people including me) got our food in less than 10 mins and were totally satisfied with the result of our meal. I don’t think I’ve had a burger this good in years. Definitely recommend this place if you want great service and great food.
