I was excited to try this location that was close to our home after having incredible food from a location near my office. Being gluten free, I had been super impressed with the size, taste, and price for the one I had previously had.

This location fell short in multiple spots. Nobody looked up or even acknowledged me when I walked in despite there being only one other customer waiting for their order inside. Our boxes were covered in burnt dust that even the employee tried to wipe away as he handed me our order, he just walked off not saying he was grabbing the rest of our items.

Remember the GF pizza I was excited to try? Yea, it was TINY! The size was not advertised anywhere when we ordered but it didn’t even measure 10” when I checked at home. They barely touched it with a cutter; the slices were either tiny and tore at the crust leaving all of the toppings to flop off or 1/3 of the size of the pizza with the remnants of the flop slice. The other pizza we ordered was also haphazardly cut with massive slices and tiny slices. I also found pieces of sausage in my pizza - the only meat I ordered was bacon because I cannot eat beef but alas there was a beef product on my food.

Thankfully the food tasted good but was not nearly the quality of the other location I had had. Take some care with the food you serve. We already pay a premium and then for it to fall short is rather disappointing. We will stick to our regular place down the street in the future.

Dietary restrictions: I am not celiac but based on the burned dust all over our boxes, I would not trust their practices much to protect your food.

This was my favorite pizza place for about 10 years. Not anymore. Ordered five slices with various toppings, all crusts were paper thin and burnt. Toppings were not cooked. Not undercooked, not cooked, Like they just threw them on the slices popped them in the oven for one second. Just a hint of sauce on the slices, and it tasted sour. Wonder if it’s under new management and they’ve changed their processes. Will not be going back.

The menu is different at various locations. Sometimes on the pasta dishes, it mentions marinara sauce. So one would assume there is no meat in it. But there is definitely meat in it. This really needs to be corrected. Some people have severe allergies to certain kinds of meat. I ordered the lasagna today and was actually excited to find a lasagna without a meat sauce in the advertised description. It was a total bummer when I got home and saw chunks of beef in there. Normally their food is very good. So I won’t knock them for bad food, but not having a clear and correct description of the menu items can be dangerous for people with allergies and certainly uncomfortable with people who have religious reasons or dietary restrictions and avoid beef or pork.

This is some of the best NY style pizza that I have had outside of NY city. Ingredients are super fresh. The sausage is killer. The only thing I wish they would work on is even spreading of the toppings from the crust to the center. Usually the toppings are much heavier in the center. Its the only reason I gave a 4 star. The toppings are plentiful. This is still my favorite pizza. I love the supreme so much I can't bring myself to try another one. The wings are fantastic too. Meaty and flavorful. You just can't go wrong with Randy's! It is pricey but soooo good! I have always ordered delivery so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

So have loved Randy’s! Love to see it expand in the area but I will say the last 2 pizzas I have gotten were burnt… and I asked for the Randy’s white without tomatoes and they leave off the spinach. Love the service at the Hope valley location but quality of the food is not as good as it once was so be cautious especially as it is expensive!

I love their food here! Good (only somewhat greasy New York Style pizza). I love their: steak and cheese subs, Crispy ourside- soft inside fries (straight out of the fryer), calzones and their Greek salad dressing makes any salad better.
A good go to for eating in or takeout.
If weather permits you can eat outside (no great view but fresh air) or if you are not expecting anything from the ambience it's fine. Normal average pizza joint tables and chairs. Great for teens to hang out or families to bring small kids.

Vegetarian options: Any pizzas or... Just take meat off. They totally do substitutions if you want for instance an all veggie calzone or Stromboli.

Parking: It really just depends. They have a smallish (25ish spot) parking lot right in the back of the place. So very convenient. But on a busy day you may have to park on the other side of the building and walk around.

Kid-friendliness: Low key vibe so not the end of the world when your toddler inevitably has a momentary freak out...

Wheelchair accessibility: So it is on the first floor but the tables and chairs are packed in so you d have to maneuver around them. Bathrooms also first floor.

We had 20" cheese and a 20" pepperoni, both were nice and thin with crispy bottoms. The cheese, sauce and bread all had a good flavor. We'd gladly eat there again.

We got Hawaiian pizza, pepperoni pizza and garlic nuts. We didn’t care about the garlic nuts, they seemed undercooked and lacking flavor, we love the pizza though! Our pizza was so hot and fresh!

Parking: Seems like enough parking

Kid-friendliness: We had 3 kids with us ages 4 through 8 years old and we did well except they kept watching TV.

Wheelchair accessibility: Inside the restaurant is kinda tight with all the tables and chairs, so I’m not sure if it’s wheelchair friendly

Ordered a margherita pizza. It came with very little basil and no mozzarella.

Called the store and they were only willing to refund me the basil. The manager was rude.

Look at the picture I've posted. Pitiful.

Called in an order for a steak and cheese sub…light everything but all the way no tomato. I meant light toppings not light on the meay. Basically had a sub full of veggies and light meat on the other half. Asked for fries but not added to my order. Usually they get my order right but not tonight!
