First time trying Randys and will never come back. We just moved here and had been given a coupon for 1 free pizza. My boyfriend went and placed the order, we ordered the Randys stromboli, cheese fries with bacon, onion rings, and the free 14” pizza. He also tipped them 15% at the counter. The “man” with the man bun behind the counter seemed annoyed by the free pizza deal. Amoung many other things.. Not good customer service at all! So assuming since he was so annoyed about a free pizza coupon that WE WERE GIVEN FROM THEM, our food was horribly made. Not only was the food cold for some reason but the onion rings were super burnt, literally barley any fries in the container at all. The pizza was OK. BUT the stromboli was really good I must say! It’s ashame because the food has potential, only if Mr. man bun didnt have his panties twisted this possibly could have been a better experience. Oh well.

Service ranges from excellent to mediocre depending on which person takes your order. Overall, staff is quite professional but a little distant (as if they'd rather be doing something else). Pizza is very good: properly cooked crusts, fresh ingredients, made to order--so nice and hot. Subs are fairly good: ratio of ingredients to bread is a little over tilted toward the bread, but otherwise fresh and tasty. Indoor seating is ample but quite noisy: there are many loud speakers on the ceiling throughout the venue to allow the pizza readiness be announced. Overall, a pleasant experience for a quick lunch and a break from the office.

I’ve been going here for years and the subs used to be so big you had a hard time getting them in the bag. They’ve gotten so much smaller. I was really surprised. Cashier was really nice when placing the order though.

We used to love Randy’s, especially the white pizzas. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes so we always ask for no tomatoes. We order through DoorDash and clearly click no tomatoes after the third time. We were really hesitant on trying one more but we did today and the pizza came with extra tomatoes!!! I called the store to ask them if they would remake the pizza. The girl told me she would ask the manager. She came back on the phone and said “no it’s not their problem. It’s a DoorDash problem” I said could you please make her a pizza that will not kill her…. Their response was “sure you can order another pizza, but we cannot refund or remake the pizza for you. It’s not our problem.” I am very disappointed by the fact that this keeps happening. I guess we’ll have to use other New York style pizza places instead of supporting our longtime go to favorite.
Ordered for delivery two pizzas and an order of garlic knots at 6:07, at 7:23 it finally came. To be fair they are busy and I was on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up. Service needs an upgrade but, the food rocks.

Hard to find pizza in the ballpark of being as good as NJ/NY area...Randy's is one of the only places in the triangle in consideration for being as good as pizza back home. Haven't had a bad experience with the food or staff in the 4 years I've been going. I've even used them for events. Highly recommend.
