I had never been to this kind of restaurant, and I must say... the experience was really something! The food was delicious. The only thing I wasn't expecting was the fact that we had to purchase the nutcracker. Just 3$, but you know... anyway, apart from that, everything was really excellent.

Pie was served frozen. Taste of the food was average. Not worth the price paid. I understand paying gratuity for groups of 5 or more. I expect to still get good service regardless. Our waitress was coughing. She was hard to locate. Waitress was not cordial. The table that we were seated at was crowded.

OMG! I wish the google review had more stars so that I could give them to Nae because 5 stars just isn’t enough! This was my husband and I’s first time at the Red Crab and Nae gave us recommendations from start to finish! Without her amazing customer service and thorough knowledge of the restaurant, I’m not sure that we would have enough ourselves as much! We will be back for the food but most importantly Nae and her friendly smile and exceptional customer service! Thank you, Nae
