i usually love this place. however, i am super disappointed in how my food turned out today. the employee who took my togo, fantastic. employees welcomed me upon arrival, but my food- not good at all. my shrimp was WAY over cooked and so mushy, i couldn’t finish it. i asked for sauce on the side, but i should’ve just asked for salt. i get the same order every time. in my order, i suppose to receive two potatoes. i got a half of one. i’m not sure if there’s a new chef, but my order has never been terrible except for this one time.

Me and my husband love dining at the red crab!!
Food is delicious and not bad pricing.
Me and my husband recently went for our anniversary and our waiter Abi was ok in the beginning greeted us and took our drink orders and food order. But as soon as our food came he was technically non existent.
He didn’t check on us one bit and we were with out drinks for a while until we had to flag him down.
A table of two females appeared and he showed them more attention and checking on them then he did with us. And also being flirtatious.
Love the restaurant just not our server.

Stopped in here last week for a quick bite with my niece. Kyla was our server. She was so incredibly sweet & provided excellent service. The food was hot & fresh. We had a great time.

Shy was amazing! He made food and drink recommendations for us that fit our respective palates, and his service was phenomenal!

I paid to add clams to my order and there were more empty clam shells without any meat. $142 and no clams.

The food was very good even though it is a bit expensive. The problem is if you order crab legs, they want to charge you an Extra $3.00 to rent the pliers to help crack your crab legs. REALLY!!! Supposedly because people are taking them. Again Really! Doesn’t their insurance cover thief if it’s that bad? I just never heard of having to rent your utensils to eat your meal. So if you go and plan on ordering crab legs, remember to take your own pliers.

I had the seafood boil, Wednesday special and it did not disappoint. The fishbowl drinks are an added incentive and the service was friendly. I went on a Friday and at some point they had a live DJ play music. It was a little too loud for me, as I felt like I was yelling in conversation. Overall experience was good and I will be back.

This is a rare gem!!! Delicious boiled crab and shrimp. You pick your flavoring! Corn and red potatoes. You have to check this place out!!! No kidding folks. All the staff are fun and friendly!!! Jasmine was the best!!! Busy place. 🤤So good 👍👍👍👍👍
