Had reservations at noon. Door was locked when we arrived with our party of about 12 for lunch. Servers did not show up until 12:45. The fried food that some ordered came out cold. One person did not get their food until 2:05 after everyone else had finished eating and then that was cold as well.4 people ordered coleslaw, when we asked where was the slaw the server said "oh we are out." Someone ordered corn but never received it. As we looked around other patrons in the restaurant who came in after us all had their food.Really bad first impression.

I came in with some high expectations. Originally I came to get a some raw oysters but after walking in the bathrooms I decided against it. I can't be sure but I think i saw a roach wing on the floor. Enough to say bathrooms were not clean. The place had a horrible smell. Like some kind of ammonia fragrant cleaner and old restaurant smell. I should have left but I was excited to have some fried oysters and mussels. I went to DFW and preferred the shoe and body odor over this smell. I had to take a shower and wash all my clothes when I got home. It was a really pervasive smell. The mussels and oysters were good which is why I gave an extra star. I enjoyed both thoroughly. They provided a lot of mussels in the boil. Server recommended the medium spice and it was the right kind of spicy. I like it a little spicy but it's a delicate balance. They nailed it. I'd give four stars for food but the smell and bathrooms have really left a bad impression. Service was fair but slow for lunch crowd. We asked for more time on the menus and they were very nice about it and came right over when we were ready. Food came out faster than I expected. Just that I never got a refill on Diet Coke, even though we were there for a while. Check took awhile as well. Overall not worth eating here the first time and nothing special enough to want to ever come back.

Complete rip off. $45 for the weekend special on door dash. I got one little crab cluster with almost all the legs missing but 3 and they were the little skinny ones. The smallest skimpy lobster and they cut it in half so you only get one little side of meat. Garlic noodles have absolutely no taste but the pepper. Waste of money. Do better on your quality and portions. Trash

Shared the red crab special 2 (added a large cluster of crab) with my boyfriend, perfect amount of food for us! Shrimps were cooked perfectly. Also the fried pickles were amazing!!!!! Can't wait to come

My daughter and I ordered from Red CRAB more than a week ago. First time customers.i called in no spice to both orders being a total of 85.00. Got them home and they were extremely spicy and we could not eat the food.i called reached management and was told they do not refund but rather we will give you a 20% off NEXT PURCHASE and have a blessed night..WE COULD NOT EAT THE FOOD AND LOST 85.00!!! THIS WILL BE AN ISSUE FOR THE NEXT PERSON WHO LOST MONEY BECAUSE THE KITCHEN MADE A MISTAKE.I WILL CONTACT THE BBB AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

So excited to order but was disappointed by the quality of the seafood compared to the high price. Also calling yourselves Red Crab makes me feel like you want to be like red lobster and is juicy exactly the right word for seafood?

2nd time ordering take out from here. Never again. Will stick with homemade or Crab Sea from now on. Order was timely. However my food arrived LUKE WARM/ COLD, not hot at all!! Ordered Weekend Special, which stated 1/2 LB. Like other negative reviewers, I only received 1 cluster. (Should have listened to those other reviews). Called and spoke to manager, Alex, who informed that franchise policy states: 1 cluster = 1/2 LB and 2 clusters = 1 LB. This is unfair to customers who are unaware. When I informed him this is unfair, he added that they DO weigh it, but before it's cooked (while still frozen). Again, that is unfair practices, but also there's no way 1 small cluster could possibly weigh A HALF POUND. He stated the website and other ordering avenues (e.g. Door Dash) would be updated to reflect their "cluster count" policy. A little too late for me though. That said, when I finally sat down to eat, the food was bland. If it weren't for the sauce I would be eating plain boiled seafood. Maybe dine in is better, but i won't be finding out anytime soon! I will add that both Alex and their hostess (or the person that answered the phone) were kind, patient, and conciliatory. I appreciated their response and customer service.

Best shrimp boil I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Got the juicy sauce with medium spice and everything was cooked to perfection - even the corn. Breading and cook on the fried shrimp was especially good and their cocktail sauce is perfection. (Not pictured: Calamari fried hard without asking - served with half a lemon. Delicious.)
