I dine here regularly because the entire staff make the experience so positive it not only feeds my body with delicious, nutritious foods it always lifts my spirits as well. I have had a very depressing few weeks, including a cancer diagnosis. Today my server was Ashley. Her bouyant personality and attention to every detail instantly dissolved my sad mood. I also always enjoy the other customers who are there -- families laughing and obviously loving each other. This is the third time this Red Lobster restaurant has been for me a "shelter from the storm" of negativity we are bombarded with in these troubled times. Parking: Plenty of spots close to the entrance

Worst place if you're looking for fast service. The place had about 4 customers, but we still waited a long time to be seated. We ended up leaving because no one came to our table to wait on us. To the management...plead better.

This restaurant does not desire 4 stars. It's very pricey and our lobster was overcooked and the rest of the meal was not up to par. Every time I go to this place I keep hoping it will improve. But I am always disappointed and regret paying the price for substandard seafood. I will definitely never go back there again, not even with a gift card.

They need more staff. We waited 30 minutes to get our beverages.

The food here is average depending on what you get. The grill hasn't been working for ages meaning steaks and burgers can only be cooked welldone. The shrimp are decent especially the shrimp scampiService is very slow, staff are overworked and under trained. Some waitressess have incredibly long nails that curl, which is a sanitary issue.I have been going to this red lobster for over 20 years ever since I was a kid back when they had a cartoon sketch artist that was there on weekends. The quality has dropped significantly. For example things have not been getting thawed correctly and likely have been rushed. This leads to a much tougher texture, which is fine with things like shrimp. But very noticeable with things like steak or calamari because it gets a very rubbery texture when not thawed correctly. These problems have become much more common in the last few times that I've been to the restaurant. I expect a little more when it comes to seafood especially at Red lobster which is usually pretty known for consistency in their food.I don't expect a five-star restaurant but this place has been around for almost three decades and I've never seen it in such a state like it has been for the past couple of months. It's a real shame because this used to be my go-to restaurant for consistent seafood. Sadly not anymore especially since they removed dragon shrimp from the menu which was probably my favorite. The salt and vinegar shrimp are the replacement and I have to be honest they're not enjoyable at all. I truly hope this restaurant finds itself again and brings back a consistent quality that many of us grew to love. The store atmosphere is very good but the food quality is why I come and it's just not the same anymore. The staff could also use some help especially when it comes to basic manners like acknowledging customers or just basic hygiene practices long curling nails is just unsanitary.

My husband and I went to eat (his 1st time going) and ordered the ultimate feast. Took a very long time to get our food and when it finally came out it looked like it had all been steamed (including our steaks). After reading several reviews, I saw their grill was down about 2 weeks ago and I'm assuming it still is. I wish this would have been communicated with us so we would have known better than to waste our money on food that wasn't edible.

First of all the wait was over an hour but that I understood because I could see they were understaffed. But, I ordered a steak and was told that I could only get it. Well done! I didn't understand this but I agree anyway. When I got the steak I couldn't believe what I saw. The steak was burned to a crisp. It looked like someone had dropped it into a fire and it seemed as if it had already been pre-cooked and then cooked again when I ordered it. It was tough and inedible. I was told the grill had been damaged in a fire and they couldn't use it. They brought me another steak which was much better than the one I had but it was still a very tough steak. I couldn't eat it. The manager was kind enough to remove this from my bill. I don't usually give bad reviews so I'll end with this. I believe this staff was doing the best they could under the circumstances, but I don't believe that steak should have even been on the menu if they knew they couldn't prepare it properly.

Went with my girlfriend to this red lobster to celebrate our anniversary. We traveled from NY on a road trip here. And the first restaurant we decided to go to this is the experience we get. The wait for us to make an order was unnecessary. And once we made our order we were made aware that the grill was down. This could have been communicated the moment we sat down. Then once the food was being brought out I was surprised again to find out that the bacon Mac and cheese was sold out. Poor communication will always negate any positives in your customer service. OPEN YOUR MOUTH! Tell the customer what they need to know! It can only help you.

I made reservations for Valentine's Day at 6pm. We arrived at 5:50 and was told the kitchen was behind because they were short staffed and there would be a 45 to 1hr wait to be seated. We left, disappointed and went somewhere else.

We had confirmed reservations and the hostess said they couldn’t honor reservations and it would be a 45 minute wait. What’s the point then?!?

Food is very mediocre. The pasta was overcooked, unseasoned (even the sauce wasn't), and so was the baked potato. Lobster was literally just boiled and serveTold the server we don't want ice in water and he brought out ice water. He also served our dessert first (didn't even ask if we would want it last).Lazy effort from both the kitchen and serving team, nothing positive to note.
