Great location tucked downhill off of 15/501. Atmosphere very chill, good lighting, the restrooms were also clean and TVs are not loud which is a plus you can hear yourself think. We always go for the wings and endless fries. But for some reason the Banzai wings did not have much sauce on them they were drizzled rather than drenched with sauce. So a tad bit disappointed but we did ask for extra sauce on the side. Our waiter named Korea was very friendly and attentive. We chose not to get the combo (2 for $20.00) good bang for your buck if that's what you choose. We did get drinks so that drove the tab up a bit. But overall we did enjoy also the Holiday decorations made it more enjoyable as well. We will be returning in the near future and do recommend this location.

The veteran discount membership meal was excellent. Very nice. Only draw back was the rude bartender.

Mr. Reggie is the best! I’ve visited 3 different times in the last 30 days. And he is always ready with a smile and kindness. The kinda of guy you root for in life! Thanks Red Robin! Thanks Reggie! My family appreciates your kindness!

Food was great. Service was good, but a little slow. And the little kiosk machines at the tables, terrible. They never seem to work correctly and always have to be reset by the server. Why bother? I end up paying the server every time. Get rid of them.

The service was not good. The food was not good. The devices for ordering were faulty. The billing system was horrible. The kitchen messed up the food really badly. They literally messed scrambled our checks so terribly, that we were paying for each others food. We were so disturbed, that we just went along with. We were just ready for the entire experience to be over. When a child states that they don't ever want to return to this location, you know it was bad.

Waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to come over to our table and atleast take our drinks, we were a table of 2 and then a table of 4 came way after us and they were attended before us. Workers just kept looking at us but nobody came over to help. Terrible service.

This used to be a great place. Our waitress was basically non-existent. We were there about 2 hours and she came to the table 4 times with 2 of those times when I stopped here and asked for fries and tea. We sat right beside the kitchen and we could see her in there standing with another employee looking at her cell phone, giggling and laughing the majority of the time we were there.It took almost 30 minutes to get an order of fries. She only had 2 other tables. It was Christmas Eve around 6:30pm. It was a very slow night. The food was not good except the Brussel sprouts. They were great. Don't think I will be returning there again, atleast not the one in Durham.

Nice atmosphere with great service. Food was good but maybe just a little pricey for the menu selections. Salmon and shrimp entrees were great.

We stopped eating here a few years back because the service was terrible. We decided to give it another try about a year ago, and it got better so we continued to return. We tried again this past week, and the service has fallen off again. We actually walked out because we could not get someone to wait on us. A shame because they have some good burgers.
