I was in town for the weekend and needed a place to watch The Ravens play. Customer service was impeccable food was delicious and drinks were great. I was there all day and enjoyed the crowd and was there for multiple shifts and Everyone was awesome. When I visit Durham again this will always be my first stop.

Rookie's needs an upgrade. I feel that the owner's need to invest in the place. Some of the TV's are green.. watching the hulk play football is crazy work. Two of the chairs outdoors will rip a hole in your pants. I understand that this is a dive bar and I frequent the place out of convenience but lately it's becoming worse. If they were to invest in this place, they could really compete with other bars in the area.

I work close by so possibly convenience. Plays a time but better options are available.. Especially if you are incredibly service oriented.
The chef possibly was the one who cleared our table. We seated ourselves after waiting a while for someone at the door.
When served the servers were nice, food is good.. As good as bar food can be. Drinks are not watered down like most places in the triangle area .
