Food was good, but did not include sauces requested. I have seen this complaint on other reviews... Does management read them? Chicken tenders, shrimp and quesadillas should come with choice of dips.

My quesadilla was good, but the requested sour cream did not come with it. Also ordered a rib/shrimp/chicken tender combo and the requested dips did not come with it. Ribs are very good.

I waited 10 minutes to get plates for salad bar after extended wait to place order. Was given plastic ware to eat with. Had to ask for water refill and didn't get another throughout meal! Food took a long time to get. Ordered a desert took 15 minutes...

The food was good, the salad bar was fresh, and our waitress was very nice. The challenge is that we had to seat ourselves because they have cut so far back on staff. What is happening to Northgate Mall???

Birthday dinner ruined no attenpt to make amends as we were rushed out without having eaten. Inadequate untrained staff,1.5 hour wait with a 75% empty floor. Poor scheduling on a Friday night.

Service was poor, they need more staff. Took a long time to get meal, when it arrived vegetable was cold, had to go and find waitress to heat it up, came back when I was finished with meal. No one ever came back to the table. I was ready to leave, after waiting fir someone to bring bill, I had to walk up to the bar and ask for my bill. I needed to get to the movie theater, girl never made eye contact, I paid my bill and left.

Waitress not personable. Almost dismissive. Drinks sat empty without refills. Food barely warm. Definitely not hot. Chips and queso had MAYBE 15 full sized chips for a table of 6. Appetizers came out staggered. Chips coated in oil. No silverware at table when we sat down. No plates available so we were given to-go bowls for splitting apps. Poor performance. Get it together Ruby Tuesdays. It's a Sunday afternoon. You seriously can't slack when the after church rush comes in.

Terrible service from the time of sitting. Received no silverware. It took 10 minutes for drink order ( we were a large party 20+) however they were unorganized as to what waitress would take care of us. First of all they should have had 2 waitresses. There was one who got our drink orders.... all of a sudden she disappeared..... so we waited quite a while before another waitress came out and said the other waitress had some discrepancies and had to leave immediately... so now we had to wait to find out who were going to take care of our order.... finally we get orders in.... needed refills.... waited crazy amount of time for food.... AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE FOR MEALS...no visibility of management.... no apologies.... THE WORST SERVICE EVER

Food was good. Burger and chicken tenders were juicy. Cleanliness of the restaurant needs improvement especially the floor. It really needs a good professional scrub and buff job (smelled bad).

Food was OK, service left a lot to be desired. I ordered steak and shrimp combo, quality and amount was good, just not enough wait staff for our party.
