i came here, drinks took 15 minutes, we finished our meals and my tea hasn't even came. my diabetic son got a different meal than he ordered (it gave him a low blood sugar). he got a kids meal and he ordered an adult meal, didn't have his broccoli

They had me at 5$ cheese burger with fries! I called in an order and they had it ready in 15min. I'm part of some email list serve so I got the promotion flyer via email but no coupon was necessary. My burger was juicy and the fries were also great. Thank you for making a good affordable meal I will definitely be back!

I come to RubyTuesday every year when I'm on vacation as I don't have them where I live. I come here for their ribs. Every one I've been to they have been so tender they fall off the bone and have to eat with a fork. To my disappointment, this was not the case at this location. They weren't tough exactly but they definitely didn't fall off the bone either. Don't you just hate walking away and feeling not fulfilled? I sure do. This was my last good meal before going home tomorrow. Very disappointed indeed

We went here tonight. RT is one of my boyfriends favorite restaurants, but we had only been to this location once a long time ago. The server and manager were so sweet to us! The food tasted great. We came in pretty late so we were expecting sluggish service but they exceeded our expectations by far :)
Stephanie, the hostess is great!!! She took care of us and made me feel better, since I was in a car wreck today, and tomorrow is my birthday!!! And she recognized us that we had been there before and asked if we wanted our regular table!! Thank you Stephanie!!

Food was good service was bad. Had to ask another server for refills, napkins and then had to go find our server for our check. Still didn't get it and the other server checked us out. It wasn't busy at all. We got there when they first opened.

I miss this restaurant. NO ONE has a salad bar like this. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our server, Brandy, was excellent, and the prices are reasonable. We will be back next we are in the area! (Durham, NC)
