Lovely meal, with solid service and a gentle atmosphere. It’s been a while since Ive visited a Ruths Chris and this was a good reintroduction. Cocktails were well made and that strawberry lemondrop beats any cordial they could offer.

We decided to go there for dinner and celebrate someone’s birthday. One of the persons order a petite filet 6oz medium-well butterfly.

The person was very specific that she wanted the 6oz for dietary reasons and the server acknowledge the order.

When the food came the filet was medium rare and had to return it. When it came back it was charred on the outside and still very rare inside.

When the check came they charged the filet as an 11oz instead of the 6oz. We still gave 20% tip but you do not trick customers like that, shame in you.

We will not return and will continue to share the story. Please look at your check in detail as server will serve you one thing and charge you another.

Shame on you.

Our meal with delicious. We were a good size group and everyone was happy with their selections and even had some leftovers. Service was attentive but we weren’t rushed out. The timing of ordering to enjoying drinks and appetizers and then the entrees followed by dessert was paced out well. We weren’t rushed all able to enjoy our celebration meal.

Great steak and lobster tail. Superb service recovery related to a food allergy issue. Could not have been nicer.

I love coming to Ruth Chris. I am not a steak eater, so I always get the stuffed chicken! This time I also ordered oyster rockerfeller for the appetizer and they were also really good.our server was okay, but they had other gentlemen walking around to check in

Great service and food but super expensive, and every item is a la carte. $14 for a baked potato? Come on.

The food and service are very good! This is a good place for thanksgiving. Overall, this place is overpriced for a steakhouse chain.

Wait staff was great.
The lights in the whole place flickered on and off the whole time.
The steak was horrible. I think my work boots have softer leather. Itwas extremely thin. You can't cook a good steak on that hot of an iron when it's that thin at a medium rare. Honestly, it was burnt and they masked that flavor with butter and salt, but it also somehow tasted bland. No prep on the meat. It probably wasn't even salted before it went on the heat. For a $65 ribeye, I've got better at Chili's for 1/3 that price. Is your kitchen mismanaged? I'm sorry you serve food to people that can't cook ramen noodles without burning down the house and they praise this over priced crap but this was the worst steak I've ever ate. I actually went home and gave the leftovers to my dog.
I also took your burnt asparagus, cut the parts of the burnt off, and re heated it to taste better. Y'all ever hear of lemon?
Y'all are so dang expensive, why don't you return your head chef "Mike" back to the store it was bought from and get an actual person thats motivated and invest in them to go to a top culinary school.
And your BS about top 2% of beef. Stop it. Just stop. I owed my daughter a better steak for her birthday and bought a ribeye from Harris teeter for 23$ that was a over a 16 ounces and about an inch and a half thick I can literally cut with my fork after properly prepping and cooking it. I'll never in my life go to your over priced steakhouse again.
