Ruth's Chris Steak House

Device was terrible. Inexperienced staff with a true lack of care. Ruth's Chris has fallen off the standard they once maintained.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. The waitstaff were all very friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious. Our server, Gavin, was outstanding! We would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had our wedding anniversary dinner. The hostesses were very welcoming, the service was great, the food delicious. Atmosphere very lovely.

The food was absolutely delicious 😋. The steaks were 👌🏾, lobster Mac was amazing (and I was skeptical), mashed potatoes were delicious as well, didn't care for the creamed spinach. Drinks were amazing and the staff were superb 🤗👍🏾!

Our server, John was fabulous! He approached the table and asked who was celebrating a birthday then continued with the engagement and enthusiasm throughout the dinner. He offered great entree advice and entree side dishes. The birthday dinner was delicious and service was top notch. We look forward to a return visit.

I frequent the Southpoint, Ruth's Chris, location often and usually give glowing reviews. This night started great, we had our choice of bar tables, and birthday wishes were given to my guest upon arrival. Our reservation was at 5 pm. We didn't leave until 10 pm! Around 6:30 pm, the bartender was left alone. The food arrived, and a dessert menu was left at the table. Our water was never refilled after the staff disappeared; an hour passed before we finally went up to the bar to ask for water. Had someone checked on us, we would have ordered a dessert since it was a 60th birthday. I don't blame the bartender; the manager should have kept a "busser/busboy" on the clock. Sure, my guest and I had plenty to catch up on; 3.5 hours would be normal for us, but a 5-hour dinner was ridiculous. Plus, I've treated several guests to a Ruth's Chris dinner for their birthday, and often, regardless of ordering dessert, something with a candle or an acknowledgment like a simple "happy birthday" comes with the check. Btw, I'm not someone who generally leaves reviews, and the food at this location is reliably great, but excellent service should be a given at all Ruth's Chris locations.

Amazing time at Ruth Chris. I had never been to this location before, and was very impressed. I really like how across the board Ruth Chris maintains its professional warm welcome atmosphere and equally delicious food. If we are ever in town again, we will will definitely visit again.

Food was amazing, I had the pork chops and hubby had the lamb chops, both flavorful and cooked to perfection. The stuff mushrooms on the other hand were okay, served at a temperature (not warm enough) that may it just blah for me. The staff where friendly and attentive.

The service was slow, the food was not at the $812.00 level that we paid. I was not impressed with this meal at all.
