Very good food, they are super friendly
The morning barista knows my regular order and often has it started by the time I order.
I've been working on campus and have been frequenting this spot for a over a year now. In most cases, I've had a good experience. The male barista is amazingly friendly and makes good drinks. (Caramel crush). I had an issue with another barista a while ago, 2 times she left chunks of ice in my drink but another barista remade it for me, who wasn't very friendly either. However, TODAYs experience is what downgraded them from what would have been 4 stars to a 2. I ordered an organic oatmeal and no drink because my favorite barista wasn't making drinks at the time. I got to my desk, opened the oatmeal, and the container was full of water. So, I waited....about 15 minutes even though the instructions say 2 -3 minutes. After 15 minutes, my oatmeal was cooked, but container still FULL of water. So, I took it back. The cashier (NOT my favorite male barista), just took the bag and asked me to pass her another oatmeal to make. No apology or anything. So, I just asked for a refund and she shrugged her shoulders and said ok. Then, I still ordered my Caramel Crush because my barista was back to making drinks. She never apologized OR thanked me for my purchase. Good food, good drinks, but some of the staff are just rude and/or unfriendly.
Food is excellent and fast.
Love the Greek breakfast sandwich. Coffee hit the spot. Great atmosphere. Employees very polite.
Been going here for the past two and a half years, service has always been awful, rude staff with an I don't care attitude, there only has been one person that was great at service, and he was there for a few days and left. Food quality has declined recently; i assume new cheaper vendors. If it were not for the location, this store would have shut down by now.
I really like their Italiano sandwich.
Excellent coffee, excellent food, great staff
Ugh. Their coffee is terrible, and it is very expensive. They're the only coffee shop in American Tobacco, so I inevitably would forget how much I hated it every few weeks and go back. Every time this was a mistake. Once the barista served my coffee by grabbing it around the rim from above, meaning her fingers were touching all sides of the rim... yuck. You're better off hitting the vending machine in the basement or dealing with your caffeine withdrawal headache.
Fresh and healthy quick bite choice. Their espresso is good but drip Coffee is just OK
Restaurantji Recommends
Great food, fast friendly service at reasonable prices. They even offered me a free drink because I had to wait for my take out. I happily recommend you try them out, you won't be disappointed.
Healthiest meal downtown with great sandwhiches. Good coffee, too
The quiches are delicious. I highly recommend either!
Very good for what it is — It's a small coffee shop and a great place to get a quick bite. I got the breakfast flatbread and it was tasty! I stayed for a few hours to work on my computer (seems like quite a few people do that) and was pleased with the amount of space and the work-friendly environment.
I can only describe this place as mad decent. 4 Stars only because the staff is friendly. They have tons of seats great for coffee-shop working WITH VIRTUALLY NO ACCESSIBLE OUTLETS. BEC Bagel was mad decent.
