I came in at 1:30 and asked for coffee and was told they had run out and wouldn't be making more bc they were about to close (2pm). Don't assume open for business means open for business here.

Don’t be fooled. This isn’t comparable to the main Saladelia and they’ll charge you the same $10 for a cold, soggy chicken shawarma that was prepackaged days before rather than the freshly made food you expect at their other location.

I’m submitted a order and still pending I’ve been calling to their number and no one pick up the phone

Good food but the ordering system is frustrating. My orders frequently get canceled without a reason listed. What's available in person is much smaller than what is shown in the online ordering system. Two different listed phone numbers - one doesn't work, the other always has a dial tone.

So I walked in this morning and intent on getting a breakfast sandwich (I work in the area four times a year and always look forward to eating here)...I stood on line waiting to give my order-when it's my turn the young lady behind the counter decides that it was the perfect time to go grab a drink of water (okay no big deal)...when she finally return I ask if any of the sandwiches has turkey sausage she asked if I wanted the croissant or bagel to which I replied either of them have turkey sausage she said no I said well I don't want either...I settled for the Greek veggie scramble on pita to which she says that will be $5.05...funny I didn't ask the price...she then repeats that will be $5.05 at this point I informed her that I didn't ask her for the price and gave her my beverage order...

Ordered online to pick up at 1530. Thought everything was great. Went there they close at 1430, I then got reply my order would be ready for pick up at 1545. I was 10 miles from Durham by then. With no supper!
The food here is healthy and it's close to work. I only gave it 3 stars because the employees rarely smile. After years of going here, it hasn't changed.
