Absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with friendly, family-run vibes and a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Their rolled ice cream, made-to-order taiyaki, boba drinks, and soft serve are all top notch — rich in flavor, beautifully made, and never too sweet. Watching them prepare the treats is part of the experience, and every visit feels special. They also do an amazing job with coffee drinks and have options like oat milk available. This is hands-down one of Durham’s best dessert shops — worth a visit for families, date night, or anytime you’re craving something sweet!

Tried a bunch of taiyaki flavors - custard: decent, would've liked more filling - nutella: favorite - Oreo cream cheese: very heavy on cream cheese - blueberry cream cheese: least favorite - red bean: okay, but I don't like red bean anyways so
Overall I think if you have a flavor you like, you can't go wrong with it. Good price.
Don't recommend the kashmiri chai.

Tried this place two times, both times service was slow. The worker skipped our order multiple times and we had to wait 30 minutes for our stuff (2 taiyaki btw). Boba pearls disintegrated in my mouth. I’ve been to a lot of boba places and this isn’t it man.
