I tried 2 empanadas: first Bolivian version: good size, ample filling and very tasty. Second Colombian version: smaller, crunchy &tasty. Nice staff as well. And yes I’ll return and recommend the eatery.

I picked dinner up from Sarah's to take next door to Glass Jug. I was just looking for a quick meal but found this gem instead! I got a papusa and an empanada and they were both delicious and very generous portions. I can't wait to try all the different empanada flavors and the sides.

This place is a gem! The food is sold at a really great price and is delicious! I got the jerk beef empanada with sweet plantains as a side and my boyfriend got the pork pupusa with a chicken empanada, and omg it was DELICIOUS! The pupusa was really great and was a bigger size than we thought! The jerk beef empanada with the red salsa was phenomenal and with sweet plantains? The best combo of spicy and sweet! Definitely recommend for a yummy meal

Sarah's Empanadas is a cozy little place to get a delicious meal at a fair price. I go there regularly and have never been disappointed. The food is good, came out fast and hot. There is one vegan option, the vegan empanada (chickpeas, potatoes, carrots, peas, spicy chilli). There are a few vegan sides, green beans, rice, yuca fries, salad, plantains.

I love Sarah's Empanadas especially the churros fresh with ice cream, the chicken and cheese empanada with beans rice 1000/10. I would recommend everyone I know to eat at this establishment. I have missed authentic South American empanadas since I lived in Venezuela. I saw “empanadas” and on impulse stopped in and bought 3. I wish I had bought more!! Authentic, delicious, brought back so many memories. I will be back!
A perennial favorite. Their baked empanadas are incredible. The sides are great. And the banana Nutella dessert empanada is to die for. The staff are always friendly. The best thing? They offer frozen empanadas to go that you can bake yourself at home. So I regularly get some to take home for lunch.

We live around the corner from Sarah's and get carryout for dinner about every two weeks. This place is AMAZING. The food is SO good (and it's consistent, which I love), plus they get the order right every single time, don't even miss a sauce. My only grievance is I wish they were open on Sundays 😭 Truly authentic empanadas and arepas, give them a shot if you're in the area or passing by.

Ordered on DoorDash and had to leave a review ! I’m a vegetarian and it can be difficult to find options but Sarah’s has many and they’re all delicious! The vegan empanada is one of the best empanadas I’ve ever had and the plantains were divine . I will be visiting in person ASAP !
