We enjoyed the food very much and appreciate the extra care to ensure my order was gluten free/safe. The atmosphere may bother some but I focus on excellent food & service which are harder to find these days. I support locally owned businesses
Got the food truck at Duke, just tried the dumplings and my friends rice noodles. The line was super long so I thought the food would def be fire (it was). The dumplings were really really good and tasted authentic, but I wish they were a bit fresher. When I ordered he just grabbed a box from a heater or smth and they weren't super warm. Next time I definitely want to try the egg drop / wonton soup.
Out of the way place where the customers have been mostly Chinese both times when I visited. Real Chinese cuisine, Beijing style, not faux Chinese food cooked by hired Hispanic kitchen help. Apparently there are many online customers.
