It’s very dirty in this place. They definitely let this place go. The guy who I think is the owner (key holder) literally almost ran into me with his Tesla. I was going to your restaurant. Now I’m leaving this review. Please do better.

Service here is beyond slow and attendants are unaware that customers can see them. Young man is too busy flirting with the young lady at the counter and getting phone calls that visibly have nothing to do with business to make orders in a timely manner. The kitchen staff was working diligently to put out orders and due to the frontend staff talking and playing the food piled up. Had to remind staff to make the food. Food was completely cold when we got it and kitchen staff had to come and assist. Better service up front would have rectified all of this.

Arrived at the counter at 6:30 to order. Ordered my food and stepped aside to wait. 2 young men in the kitchen area looking and acting very confused. I noticed that there were several orders already stacked up. One guy noticeably complaining about the order. Cursing and shaking his head. One of the counter girls goes back to help, but not much help. I waited 40 minutes for a simple burger and fries. Others waiting longer. I'm one and done. Terrible. The food was pretty good but nothing special.

The food is good, but they are sloppy in their food presentation. Maybe that works for most of their Mexican clients, but not sure that flies with all American customers. Prices are much better than over rated Mexican restaurants

Unfortunately one of the worst Smashburger locations I have ever been to and I do not plan on returning.
There was only one person working front of house, and there really needed to be at least two. The atmosphere was strangely oppressive and uncomfortable. My burger did taste fine, but the texture could have been improved. Fries were tasted old and were lukewarm.

Google said 9:30, the local has a closing time of 10:00 and we came in at 9:00. As we were about to order one of the chefs started screaming at us from inside the kitchen that he was NOT going to let us order anything. Absolute joke. I understand if we came in with 15 minutes or less of time but a whole 30 minutes and even 1 hour according to their time sticker outside.. Shameless
DO NOT COME HERE. Workers will ignore you and continue to talk like you are not there. Front counter person (female) who was here at 4:07 PM on 4/4/2025 will roll her eyes and give you attitude and mumble under her breath. Very rude and disrespectful. No customer service.

We were definitely smashed! I ordered the Swiss and mushroom burger with truffle Mayo and the smashed fries!!! It was delicious!!!

The food was excellent and reasonably priced—$77 for four people. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. We weren’t greeted upon arrival, and there appeared to be noticeable tension among the staff, which affected the overall dining experience. Oh and we drove an hour to come here.

Beautiful
Bacon cheese fries soggy and undercooked. Barely any cheese or bacon. The smoked brisket burger was great, no complaints there. The staff on the other hand. While it wasn't all the staff just a few who were really rude. It was my first and last time being a customer at this establishment.
