Edit 4/18/2024: It absolutely pains me to edit this order, but I'm glad I'm eating an excellent burger instead of host Ketan's rotten attitude for dinner. Please resolve this service problem. Not even college students are hungry and desperate enough to interact with such an unpleasant host to get a meal!Absolutely love this Smashburger location! Picked up some food with my mom last week, and the staff were super friendly. There was a bit of a mix-up and a staff member quickly notified us of the mistake and corrected us before we left with an incorrect order. Outstanding customer service, and wonderful food. Will continue coming here for awesome burgers!

Karen the manager needs to go back to the basics of customer service. My order was not "to go" and i waited 10 minutes for my lukewarm hamburger which I grabbed from the kitchen counter after a very nice kitchen worker asked my name and to check the bags. Karen then proceeded to scold ME for "reaching to get the food." Get your house in order Karen. I am not a child for you to be scolding. Scold your staff. Or maybe take a look in the mirror and scold yourself. Then put a smile on your face and go back to customer service basics. Horrible attitude. Absolutely terrible.Parking: Parking is fine

Used to be my kids favorite place they hired a new woman recently short white lady curly hair who is very rude she thinks it's funny when you have to wait 30 minutes for kids cheeseburger and then she wants to have a nasty attitude when a customer is there and paying for food no one wants to have anyone hired that she would be grateful to have a job but I guess she's not hopefully it won't be too long and don't move on to somewhere else because she's just not very friendly there was another young lady there this evening know who was quite shining I'm guessing she only works the weekend so because she's a teenager

Food here is good but the service is not good. My coworker and I came here on a Tuesday and they completely forgot his order. After 30 minutes they finally decided to start cooking? The employees at this location need to be re-trained.
I don't know how they let this guy run a smashburger. He hides in the back and has his cashier relay messages lol. Dude you're an owner if you really can't just throw a burger on a grill with a steak weight, some seasoning and melt some cheese then you have no place running a business. This guy consistently can't handle making a cheeseburger. And is terrible at customer service. If I've ordered ahead, and when I show up you laugh at me and say "it's nowhere near being ready" when I've given you 30 minutes to cook a burger. Well no one else in town has that issue buddy. And when I say refund it, don't hide behind a window in the back and give me lip. Be a man. Walk out and refund it. This person's management style is all WORM.

Ordered through Door Dash (who did nothing wrong) but Smash Burger put the wrong food item in the bag. When I called to complain, her only solution was for me to come after I get off work at 6 pm and get my replacement burger when THIS IS FOR LUNCH! I ordered Door Dash due to unavailability of being able to leave work and now I do not have Lunch. The manager's response on the phone was "well what do you want me to do babe?" As a manager, do not ever call someone babe and figure it out. NEVER EVER AGAIN with this location

The food is pretty good, nice flavor. Dining, restroom, and kitchen areas appeared to be very clean. Customer service needs a little improvement. Overall atmosphere is fine and I found the music to be relaxing.
