Darn!! I travel for a living; where can you find a yummy breakfast sandwich for $10.00 or a tasty waffle for $4! Whomever lives next to one of these, and you haven't stopped by, you're missing out!!

Our first time coming here and it was a very pleasant surprise. I had the chatty patty, and my wife had the Swiss key breakfast sandwich. We were expecting the usual small size, one hande breakfast sandwich. To say we were surprised would be an understatement. Had to use a knife and fork to eat them. Well worth the visit and highly recommend.

Nice people but it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to make toast when nobody else is waiting. Good latte though.

Love it except they are a little sweet for me.

Parking: 10 in the front of the building and about 200 spots in the shopping center.

This is a regular stop for me on my way through the Durham area heading west. As others have stated, this is in People’s coffee, which utilizes the excellent roast of Black and White coffee roasters of Wake Forest NC.The waffle menu is excellent and both the sweet-topping waffles and savory waffle breakfast sandwiches are delicious. This is an egg and cheddar waffle, although the way it turned out, it looks like a wide-eyed animated turtle. The only reason I didn’t give the establishment 5 stars is because the to-go coffee cups could be improved in wall strength. I believe the steam from the coffee causes the slightly thin-walled cup lip to soften and lid fit becomes weak. I have twice experienced a coffee spill in my vehicle as the cup becomes topless as well. Once that lid pops off, and the cup lip is softened, it’s very difficult to snap the lid back on securely.I recommend that folks stop here and try the delicious waffles and get a careful cup of well-roasted coffee. My customer service experiences have been excellent.Lastly, this is a personal choice, but it seems a quality establishment such as this, could have a stamped logo on their coffee cup or heat sleeve. A printed logo would receive ad impressions on social media such as this review.~Beans

Ate here with a friend, and it was our first time going. I had the happy go clucky breakfast waffle sandwich. It has fried chicken on it but hard to tell in the photo. It was really good and I love that the waffles were soft and not hard and crispy. I think it would benefit from some maple syrup, but I still recommend it very much! Cute little place with not a ton of seating, but friendly staff and good vibes!

Great tasting waffle sandwich! Not really much room inside the shop to have your meal, as there are only a few inside tables. People will set up shop and take over a table as one person meant for 2-4 people. However, the outside sitting area is great. With good weather, that's the way to go...or get your sandwich to-go. Servers are friendly, and well worth a visit for something different.
