I tried Smash waffles for brunch on Sunday. I ordered the 3 waffle special, OG, Pig and chocolate chips, and it was tasty. It has limited seating in their area but shared seating with Town Hall, which was good. Overall, nice experience.
Note: smash waffles is a chain but Durham location offers different menu options.

Our first time coming here and it was a very pleasant surprise. I had the chatty patty, and my wife had the Swiss key breakfast sandwich. We were expecting the usual small size, one hande breakfast sandwich. To say we were surprised would be an understatement. Had to use a knife and fork to eat them. Well worth the visit and highly recommend.
