Got a bowl here today and felt bad for the employee especially the girl making my bowl. Some old lady named Karen was being racist to the employees. Extremely disappointed. Been a customer for years! Anybody know corporates number???

I went in for a bowl and the guy basically yelled at me that they were too frozen to make? No alternatives offered. The staff seem to not know how to do their jobs

Went in this am with a gift card. The lady didn't even know how to use it. Very unclean . It doesn't look like they clean the night before. I left with nothing. Who the heck turns down a gift card? The manager was in the bathroom for more than 15 minutes. There are other locations that are clean and want customers.

I recently visited Smoothie King and had a fantastic experience with Sadaiya. She demonstrated exceptional customer service and skill in making smoothies. Sadaiya's friendly and welcoming attitude made my visit enjoyable. Highly recommend!

great costumer service! i’ve come in her this past weekend and see the same girl working hard and she never gave no attitude, today she was working by herself and still too the time to ask me how my day was. smoothie king GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE she definitely deserves it!! 10/10 experience this is my favorite smoothie king in NC.

Horrid customer service. Don't make customers pay for the fact you don't want to be at work. Choose a better profession if you don't like working there. If you are going to be rude at least learn to count lol. Smh!

You think I care about service?! They will make you whatever tf you want!!! The only good smoothie I've had in NC. If you had a bad smoothie it's because you didn't order the one with added sugar.

I don’t usually give negative reviews. Here’s the scoop - if you love good smoothies and don’t mind feeling invisible and never acknowledged at the register for 15 minutes, then you’re in luck. You can get that here. I’ve never felt so unwelcome as a customer and felt foolish even coming here…I know the service industry can be challenging. An employee might be having a bad day or dealing with horrible customers, I get that. But, poor customer service shouldn’t be the norm if you actually want to keep customers.

First of all I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I'm very frustrated. Having to spend $7 on a smoothie is already bad enough, but today I bought a smoothie and a couple of sips in I had to pull plastic pieces out of my mouth. Not sure why their was plastic in the smoothie but i ended up having to throw it away and waste $7. Don't bother coming here as the workers don't really care about their customers.

Yesterday my friend treated me to a smoothie while also ordering her own. We took our time ordering because my friend has food allergies. My order contained 2 of her food allergens. Her order was first, then mine. The person making the order handed her the first one, which she took a sip while awaiting my order. He wanted to know why we were still standing there. He had given her my smoothie. We explained her allergy. Neither person apologized or offered any sign of concern. The person made the other smoothie and was angry with us for asking for the leftovers. He slammed the blenders in the sink and said there were none. Luckily my friend noticed on first sip that the first smoothie wasn't hers. PS: We both saw the leftovers. And your site says we can ask for them. Also depending on the severity of her reaction, my friend could have ended up in the ED or dead. Thank you Smoothie King for giving us all we paid for plus some.

Currently at the store and the sign says open and the store hours also indicate the store should be open. Yet the door is locked and it is dark. Waste of time.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I repeat do not spend your money here and save your time. There are countless bad reviews and in person experiences over the years. What is one more going to do? Instead, get the owners attention by CUTTING their revenue! Today I went into this place and half the lights were off so it looked closed. All of the workers were in the back. I had to say hello for them to come out. Then when I order the young man had an ear bud in his ear with music blasting and he could barely hear my order so I had to keep repeating myself instead of him just turning off his music. After I ordered I noticed the other workers were laughing at how one staff was making my bowl as if he was putting something in it, he had no gloves or hair net on and it made me uncomfortable to eat what I had just PAID FOR (PB Swizzle bowl)!!!!!! I never got my food and walked out because of how obnoxious they were about whatever he was doing to my bowl. It's nasty and disgusting. I was very hungry and when you waste people time like that it's a huge insult not just to me but to the community because it this bad service has been ongoing for years.Not to mention ALL of the workers in there were eating the product!Smoothie King needs to refund me and they need to shut this place down and find new COMPETENT management.

Got there and there was no one up front and the door in the back was open. While I was walking in, two girls walked out and said "good luck, no one's coming out." They had been waiting for someone to take their order but no one would. A guy walked out of some room in the back and went outside the back door. I think he figured I'd just leave but a few minutes later he came back and saw that I was still there so he came to the front. He was talking on his phone the whole time I ordered and while he made my order. Very odd. Won't be back. Also smelled like a dirty bucket of water had been left out.

Apparently the store needs to get their hours together. If google and on the door is saying they close at 9pm. Meaning they should stop staking customers at 9 not 8:30pm and clean/close after 9pm. Will not recommend this smoothie king to anyone.
