If i could do no stars at all I would This location is very slow Went this week and waited almost 30 mins in the drive thru with only one car waiting in line 5 people working including the manager and no one seems to have any sense of time. This place is the worst I will go to tropical smoothie from this point on

How was Smoothie King closed with the open light on at 6 pm? I drove over because the hours posted online confirmed they were open. I hadn't been to this location in a few years, as it seemed to always be some issue. Now I understand why I stopped going.

This was my first time to visit a SK. My wife and I were with our young granddaughters who wanted smoothies and this was the nearest business that made them.
I was a little overwhelmed with the options on the menu but Alex was awesome and helped me with selections. I really appreciated her friendliness and she definitely knows her product.
The store seemed clean, and it was well lit.
I would go back.

Updated 11/21/25: This location has improved dramatically since I last reviewed. Whether itâs a new franchise owner, new managers, or whatâvery much welcomed as a change.
As a bit of criticism, cancelling DoorDash orders is a bad look. I donât mind if my order is delayed because the store is busy, just donât cancel orders. Getting credit back from DD is a pain and then subsequently figuring out how to get to the store to get what I want is also frustrating.

This is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to. The drive thru consistently takes an unbelievably excessive amount of times, 30 mins at one point when I was the only person in line, and the orders are always made incorrectly. Any time I go at least one thing in my order is made incorrectly or tastes very bad. There is no way on the app or website to try and receive a refund and there is never anyone to speak to about the issues and to try and receive refunds for completely wrong or terrible tasting orders. The only thing that ever seems to be the option is to leave âfeedbackâ which I have done many times with no one ever reaching out and nothing ever done. Do not recommend at all. Do better and find a way to treat your customers better when you do not meet expectations. At least offer a refund.
This morning I was greeted by the owner who opened the shop and greeted me at the door. He made my smoothie with a smile on his face and was very pleasant. I was also thrilled to get an unexpected morning discount when I arrived and saw a daily special posted :)
