As much as I wanted to hate this place, I simply could not. I'm a die-hard Crabtree valley Mall old school fan. I've been going there since I was in high school in the '80s. But the streets at SouthPoint gives you a more upscale cosmopolitan feeling. Nordstrom's in Macy's anchoring the mall really seal the deal for me. I absolutely will be back but don't tell anyone I came b/c I'm still a Crabtree valley Mall fan

That was a black guy standing there because I didn't hear the ticket number called. You know it's a mall. It's loud and so instead of looking at someone else's possible bag I asked him. Was this my order and he didn't answer? He was looking but he didn't answer. He was just really rude like this customer service even matter anymore because he wasn't doing anything that he couldn't help me so I didn't like that and that was at Popeyes before

This mall is so big it has an urban outfitters as well. I am very pleased with the candy that I am holding in my hand. It is all gummy’s from the candy store in the main building.

Cinnabon needs closer tables. Buns getting smaller prices getting higher. Plus they expect you to eat your bun with a fork only, not easy.
