As a Puertorican I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I gave them 1 star because the place was clean but that was the only positive aspect. Bad location, bad service, too expensive and not authentic Puertorican. Not even one of the staff was Puertorican. I don’t recommend it.

I thought this was going to be authentic Puerto Rican food :( it was not. The staff was also not very friendly.

Low key causal place with delicious authentic food! It’s so bright and colorful inside and they have so many food options. You order at the counter, find a table, and they bring the food. I loved the Old Havana (ropa vieja)!

This place is amazing. Quick, easy, affordable, and delicious, koki gets 10/10 from me. Make sure you get some plantains, any kind is great, but the Tostones are my favorite.

The chicken sandwich was pulled chicken it was really good & had lots of flavors. The Empanada was my disappointment... I asked for chicken & got beef, but the complaint is that the beef was more of a paste, instead of like ground beef. The texture almost felt like refried beans...... other than that, everything was good. The staff was also super friendly & made the experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere was also enjoying the painting & just little knickknacks representing puerto Rico was nice.

Greatly enjoyed the food here. The Cuban sandwich was huge, wet, and tasty. All of the pork dishes I had were very juicy, which is surprising since it's so easy to dry it out. The empanadas were delicious. The mofongo was great too! I hope this place succeeds, the location is kind of in a random place, but it's pleasant inside.

Arlene was the best! Great customer service, sweet and kind. Right away she knew it was our first time in. Being from out of state, it’s hard to find a good place to eat. She took some time to tell us what items were the most popular and gave some great suggestions. The interior is cozy and inviting. The food was amazing! Our food came out quick and it was better than I expected. If you’re looking for a quick stop with yummy food and great atmosphere, this is it.

We went for lunch and split a platter and Cuban sandwich. Everything was super tasty including the great selection of sodas. The service was fast and helpful, and the amount of food and quality was a great value.
