The food is amazing! Perfectly cooked and delicious!
I got the plate w rice, beans and pork. Everything was flavorless. The pork was chewy and inedible. I had just moved to the area and was looking for some comfort food. This was not it. I was left disappointed.
Great food
Today was my first time visiting this establishment. The scenery is clean, and the wall art is great. I ordered my food on the kiosk and there was a server to take orders. I tried the empanadas and house-made fries! Everything was phenomenal. The food is made fresh to order. Best empanadas I've had! A must try! Check it out!!!
Great little hole in the wall place
They are not friendly
The place gives HUT vibes
Food was disappointing compared to Koki in Raleigh
I had picked this place to meet a long time friend for the first time and was very disappointed in our first experience, walking in I noticed right away the place was empty and open. The staff were all woman standing off to the side of the counter on their phones. The first greeting was very low interest and the woman all gathered around to stare while you order.
The food was decent but lacked flavor and was a little colder temp then I had wanted. I ordered drinks and was not told to grab them myself. So I had to get up in the middle of my meal to grab three drinks. The woman had no interest in checking on anyone who was eating so no hospitality was seen here. The area is nice and easy to get to, there are plenty of places to park.
Doordash is popular with this place, since there was delivery driver coming in and out.
The inside was nice, the seating was weird, metal stools in the middle of the place, and booths and chairs lining the walls, the seats along the all are uncomfortable to sit in, the pillows on the booth like seats are frumpy looking and comfy.
I will not be recommending or coming back to this place, I do not see the need
Everything about this place is amazing. The music, food & service was impeccable. I definitely recommend eating here.

As a Puertorican I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I gave them 1 star because the place was clean but that was the only positive aspect. Bad location, bad service, too expensive and not authentic Puertorican. Not even one of the staff was Puertorican. I don’t recommend it.

Low key causal place with delicious authentic food! It’s so bright and colorful inside and they have so many food options. You order at the counter, find a table, and they bring the food. I loved the Old Havana (ropa vieja)!

This place is amazing. Quick, easy, affordable, and delicious, koki gets 10/10 from me. Make sure you get some plantains, any kind is great, but the Tostones are my favorite.

The chicken sandwich was pulled chicken it was really good & had lots of flavors. The Empanada was my disappointment... I asked for chicken & got beef, but the complaint is that the beef was more of a paste, instead of like ground beef. The texture almost felt like refried beans...... other than that, everything was good. The staff was also super friendly & made the experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere was also enjoying the painting & just little knickknacks representing puerto Rico was nice.
