These ladies absolutely suck. If they were just as great with customer service and actually making your stuff as they are engaging in their personal conversations, they would be good to go. 🙄

I am coming here regularly to buy misto.The staff ARI very rude behavior and not making what we are asking properly.This is not one time it's been every time when I am going here.Also the taste was different each time.The other staffs here Bonita and Jessica was so nice and good experience people to make nice misto.So the store manager please take look into it for give good service to regular customers.Thanks.

Impolite staff made my beverage incorrectly several times and gave said beverage to me in a broken drinking container. This location is close to my work so I've been here several times, but have only had a positive experience once. While that particular experience was stellar, the remaining experiences have been so poor that I will avoid this location henceforth.
Vegetarian options: vegan and vegetarian milks but primarily vegetarian options available and not vegan for food
Dietary restrictions: non-dairy milks are available for vegans to include oat, coconut, and soy

Javon was extremely great at his job today I went to get a coffee. And he showed nothing but kindness to everyone he talked to and knows how to make a great conversation. Would come back just because he is a great person to get your coffee from!

This Hilton is in a great location, close to the University and the downtown area. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and so helpful. Their breakfast is buffet style and I was surprised they had good vegetarian options, as well as the freshness. Heather, the hostess was certainly attentive making sure all the guests we taken cared of. I would recommend.

Everyone is so nice at the front desk. Heather our waitress at the breakfast buffet was very helpful. The buffet had lots of options like biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon, eggs with or without veggies in it. I love their pastry section. The rooms were very nice. Have refrigerator but no microwave. The restaurant has a nice selection and a bar.
This Hilton is getting “tired”. Stayed two night while visiting Duke and UNC with daughter. I travel all over for business and this was one of the less desirable properties YTD. Waited 30 minutes at check in due to a long line and one person working. Only one elevator worked the first day, while the second make tremendous noise. the room was dirty and dated. Requested towels the second day and was told to come get them. Overall service was pathetic. Would not recommend! There was a newer Hampton Inn a couple blocks down that looked much nicer.
I often come here when I need to get some work done before meeting someone. No one’s ever gotten upset with me for using the space, and I really appreciate it! The workers seem courteous and leave me alone, as I would like to be left alone.

Excellent accommodations - Rooms, food and staff Speaking of staff that was an excellent example of what a person in the hospitality business, Donna in the bar just off the lobby was always in a great mood every time we saw her during the six days we were there. And above all she remembered our names.
Had a very pleasant stay. Decent weight room. My room was clean and orderly and the breakfast was awesome. Donna was very helpful in taking my order and was very polite and professional. We need more people like her. Thanks Donna!
