Ashley made my experience here very positive. She was incredibly friendly and worked really hard to get me my order even with her being the only one working at the store. She really made my experience positive and I will definitely be back to buy a drink again soon.

Naduri, the barista for the day, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I had to get her attention to take my order, while she was scrolling on her phone. Once she took my order and made the drink and I already paid for half of it, she proceeded to tell me there was no Apple Pay. When I asked if I could manually type in my number like I can every where else, she said no. The only way to get my drink was to Apple Pay her 7.04 for my drink. Mind you, I already paid for half of the drink on my virtual Starbucks card. She was rude and I hate that I sent her my money instead of getting a manager to figure it out.

Friendly people, but they were literally out of every single tea that I asked for. Including Earl Grey, which is literally the most common tea out there. At one point the lady asked me if a London fog was made with Earl Grey, and I said yes because it is, but I was pretty surprised that she had to ask me considering she is the barista.

This Starbucks is inside the Harris Teeter that is in the Hope Valley Commons shopping center. I would normally go to the actual coffee shop nearby and encourage people to do so, but I was shopping and a tall blonde roast was all I needed today. Coffee was good, the shop has the usual Starbucks drinks and pastries and they do accept the Starbucks card. There is limited seating and the wifi is provided by the Harris Teeter. Always poor service, lazy employees, and no one at the drive thru. Don't go here in a rush or honestly expecting to get out quickly/get a correct order. Mines is correct about 50/50 of the time

Literally 5:20 am and supposed to be open at 5am. 3 workers inside and no one would even look at me while I was at the from door and nothing in the drive through. The door says open 5 am Horrible service

This place will never give you a receipt, even refused to do so when asked. Ordered breakfast sandwiches on bagels, received buttered bagels, even the bagels were the wrong ones!!! Coffee was very weak & tasted old. The bottles drinks out of the fridge were flat. Staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Over charged for what we received (since we didn't receive our actual order).

I am not sure why is this Dunkin' Donuts store still In business, the customer service is terrible they don't pay attention to the orders and 9 out of 10 you will end up getting your order wrong. I ordered twice a hot caramel macchiato and twice I got ice macchiato. The donuts are not fresh, the coffee is not freshly brewed and it's very weak coffee it seems like they brew the coffee several times on the same coffee grinds. The employees are very lazy and totally inattentive of the customer's orders. This place is a joke. Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever !!!

There is a better selection of cheaper donuts at my Durham WalMart. Came in to buy a dozen for a business. They had maybe 8 choices. BUT, they have $$$ coffee drinks. I would like to give a shout-out to "Kenya" and "Kiya". These two girls have smiles that could light up Dodger stadium. I came in on a rainy Friday morning , feeling a bit blue, but once I spent 5 minutes with these two 'tag-team',ladies I was all smiles. Will even sneak in an extra donut hole or two. They have enough staff, so never a wait and it is very clean. This is why I keep coming back! : ^ )

They probably made a "new store" on Yelp because the old one got too many negative reviews. This place unfortunately still sucks. Consistently incorrect orders to the point where You might as well say "I'm feeling lucky!" and accept whatever it is they give you.

Terrible. Slow line, and I was shorted 10 donut holes - and the ones I got look to all be either cake or blueberry. No chocolate, no powdered sugar, no cinnamon. One glazed. Check your order here for sure.

The experience here was terrible, a really bad customer service and they didn't have what i asked for, I ended up ordering a donut with chocolate on top and taste like a paper, i think it was old or something like that also the hot chocolate taste nasty and the person who took my order looked like i was bothering her.

This was my first time in a dunkin donuts. Good donut and coffee but I had to ask for the donut several times as they "forgot" and were quite rude the whole time I was in there. I pretty much felt like I was being robbed of my money in this place. I will never go to a dunkin donuts again as I don't really even like donuts but I just wanted to post this because I thought it was such an awful experience.
