I adore coming to this Starbucks the employees have been nothing but kind to me through and through! Sara (forgive me for my spelling!!) and Ruthi (Also forgive me I’m writing this hours later!!) have been absolute gems at this location! Always trying to keep things positive and kind! This location especially the drive through is perfect for kindness even in a corporate chain! ❤️🥰

The coffee was very good. The service was okay. The bathroom needed to be cleaned especially considering that men, women and children share the same bathroom. But it was Thanksgiving Day so probably none of those people should have been there anyway and I should have gone without my coffee. They all should have had a paid holiday. Surely Starbucks can afford that with the $5 and up coffees they sell.

I just came through here and the drive through rep allowed a woman to hold up the drive through line with casual conversation unrelated to an order. That was very unprofessional. He should've invited her inside the restaurant to continue the conversation. This went on for about 5 minutes and then I left. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

Starbucks denies pregnant woman the right to use the bathroom. Joel by you being the manager I was utterly disappointed in shock when you told me I couldn't use the bathroom because I needed to buy something first. I wasn't aware the bathrooms at Starbucks for sale. To my knowledge a bathroom is a public place even within a facility which means there's no laws that says I have to buy something in order to use the bathroom. You cannot deny a pregnant woman your restroom. I had two kids in the car waiting while I was trying to hurry up and use the bathroom so I wouldn't pee on myself. But as a manager like you I see none of that is any of your concerns when it comes to potential customers. I would have paid for drinks afterwards if my uterus wasn't screaming because I was holding my urine. Now I know I would never shop at this location because of you Joel you are not the best manager for this location. You might as well do like all the and put a coin machine on the bathroom door since that's more of your concern because I guess you have more people coming in trying to use the bathroom then actually buying coffee from you because your services are not that great

Loud environment. Facility is used as personal office, so, as you're trying to have a conversation with your partner sitting across the table from you, the person at the table next to you is carrying on a phone or video conversation that, for you, is one-sided and excessively loud. Starbucks seems to have transitioned from its original coffee-house persona to one that caters to the home-away-from-home-office mentality. If Starbucks does want to cater to that segment of the population, perhaps they should create a sequestered, sound-proofed area for them. It does, however, seem economically unviable to let people use Starbucks as their personal office for hours on end while nursing a single coffee.

Hire more workers. This team is getting absolutely rocked right now and while they are getting it done with a smile management has failed them. Joey should have to run the same numbers next week but replace a worker with himself.

They rudely would not let me use the restroom even though I was going to purchase something afterwards. It was an emergency and I am a senior citizen. I have been purchasing food and coffee at Starbucks for over 30 years and was obviously not homeless. I was just discharged from a local hospital and needed to use the restroom, but they wanted me to purchase first. Regardless I would never leave my food unattended while I used the restroom. I will never spend any money again at Starbucks.

Baristas were the BEST!! They made me and my partner feel so welcome and they were genuinely so easy to speak to. I did not get his name but the barista with the bridge piercing was the sweetest, shoutout to him! Also my pink drink was so fire. ❤️

I had an Uber Eats order due to my vehicle being serviced. I called ahead after ordering to ask if they could put the cold foam on top of my Vanilla cold brew as that is how I always get it. She said they will try due to it settling sometimes but I assured i get this all the time and it rarley happens; thats ok if it did though. Well when the driver delivered the drink it was perfect! I love this Starbucks because they always get their orders on point. Keep dping whatever it is yall are doing because the employees are amazing and are very accommodating! They also say hi to you when you come in some know us by name just because we come in so often lol 10/10 highly recommend this Starbucks.
