This is the third time I place my order on time, there is no one in the store inside, and only 2 cars at the window, however there are three supposedly serving, but instead they are talking for 10 minutes and in the end one of them asks me what I am waiting for, I told her I had a mobile order. Rating? They don't even deserve a star... a piece of crap, no wonder their sales are worse... one less customer

Bad service
Very disappointed with this Starbucks. My husband ordered ic triple espresso then waited for 30 minutes then he asked the staff but they said they didn’t have my order. Finally they gave him the chocolate drink?! What the heck?! So disappointed he had to drive to other Starbucks to get my expresso. We’ve ordered the same drink many times at other locations and never had this issue. Definitely won’t come back."
Very disappointed with this Starbucks. I paid full price for a drink that was not fulfilled. When I asked about it, the staff claimed it was because the foam had disappeared, but my order didn’t even include foam. Overstaffed and extremely unefficient. Stop at the privately owned coffee shop around the corner instead. This is a waste of time and money.

Long wait time 30 minutes for cupof coffee n no apology for delay premium price for poor service day by day they just amaze me by going lower n lower on service but hicking up prices clearly opening too many n too fast speaks of poor n deplorable service from a business that used to be leader in customer service I m sure corporate doesn’t give a Damm

Never ever had a cashier yell at everyone in the store "Can you all just leave already?!" twenty minutes before closing. Or one that blatantly said they hate elderly customers.Drinks are subpar. Service is bad (except for one very delightful worker). Tables are nice because they have outlets and USB plugs and plenty of space throughout the store. Although, I studied here for 8+ hours, five days in a row, and never saw a single table wiped down or bathrooms cleaned.Entire store was sprayed with cleaning foam 20 minutes before closing while other customers were still ordering food and drinks. It looked like a foam party aftermath.Highly recommend driving down the road to Parkside Town Commons or Southpoint instead.
