Whether I ordered from this location via Uber Eats or went in myself, my order was consistently made wrong (5 times in a row at one point). With this last time a drink missing altogether in my UE order. The manager and staff are extremely nice and friendly, and try to make things right, but with this many incorrect orders I just can’t trust ordering at this location anymore.

Absolutely awful. My friends and I went on a Saturday and were expecting it to be rather busy, however to say the wait was abysmal at best is a complete understatement. The entirety of the location was packed with customers, not waiting to order, but rather waiting for their drinks. There was one barista at the bar, and while the drinks were made accurate, they were made with the speed of a dead snail. Knowing it had been busy, I placed my order 10 minutes before arriving, yet still waited 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable. This barista should not be on the bar by herself given that she seemingly had no experience working a rush hour, and was making one drink at a time. As someone who has worked at Starbucks before, it is expected that drinks be made more than one an hour.

This is a busy location! I have been coming to this location for a while, and the service has always been amazing, and the crew is always livly and upbeat. As it is a busy location, some things might take longer, but that is expected with so many orders.

Unfortunately I received very bad customer service at this location. I ordered a coffee in-store and waited around 15 minutes. After I noticed all the staff stopped making drinks, I checked the online order stand to make sure my drink was not accidentally placed there. None of the drinks on the online order stand were the correct milk or size (or the correct name). I went to the register to let the employee know that I still hadn't received my drink, and she proceeded to pull a coffee off the online order stand and pour it into an unmarked cup, place it in the counter and leave the register section. I knew this was the wrong order, but she didn't give me an opportunity to raises this as she left without speaking to me. I rarely go out for coffee and will avoid this location in the future.
