Unfortunately I received very bad customer service at this location. I ordered a coffee in-store and waited around 15 minutes. After I noticed all the staff stopped making drinks, I checked the online order stand to make sure my drink was not accidentally placed there. None of the drinks on the online order stand were the correct milk or size (or the correct name). I went to the register to let the employee know that I still hadn't received my drink, and she proceeded to pull a coffee off the online order stand and pour it into an unmarked cup, place it in the counter and leave the register section. I knew this was the wrong order, but she didn't give me an opportunity to raises this as she left without speaking to me. I rarely go out for coffee and will avoid this location in the future.

This Starbucks is probably one of my favorite Starbucks’ in the area. I come here all the time for coffee’s and even pastries. My last visit was absolutely terrible. I bought a coffee for my mom and I, I had an Americano and my mom got a latte. I’m not sure if the espresso machine was dirty or if the coffee beans were bad but both coffee’s were gross and we ended up throwing them away. When we went to go get a coffee remade, the barista had an attitude and it overall just felt uncomfortable. The morning crew is phenomenal, the afternoon crew however, has a pattern of always making drinks wrong. 01/12/25

I wouldn’t come here again, service isn’t good they take too long to prepare drinks here. I ordered a hot chocolate and had to wait over 15 mins for it and others would get their drinks done. Had to tell the gentleman at the register if they forgot about my drink he had no idea and looked lost. Wouldn’t come to this Starbucks again.

Russell is the best leader I’ve seen at a Starbucks ever. They not only said good morning from across the store to me when I walked in, but had given the very busy morning crew multiple encouraging words before I even sat down to wait for my mobile order. Russell kept customers in the loop, and kept an amazing attitude as the morning picked up - an absolute keeper! I’ve been in service-based leadership my whole life and I would go out of my way to have someone like Russell on my crew. 10/10

Awful staff, so useless and incompetent at their jobs. Placed a mobile order for a black coffee, refresher and three food items. Half order comes out, another 15 minutes later they hand me a black coffee thats been sitting on the counter in plain sight with no label for 10 minutes and refuse to remake it since it was cold.

Then they don't even have my food ready, 25 minutes from when the app said my order was ready I get a cold burrito that rips the bag open as I walk out and they refuse to make me a new one. Hate this location, hate this staff, awful.

I had to wait 40 minutes for a frappe and a banana loaf . I sat there waiting patiently as I watched people come in and make orders bigger than mine and walk out with there orders before me . I don’t like the experience I had . That was so rude and disrespectful. I’m a constant Starbucks customer and I always stop at any Starbucks any time I travel I wished I never stopped at this one I didn’t feel appreciated at all .

They had buy one get one FREE for Mother's Day! How do you beat that?! My drinks were PERFECT, and I was able to use some of my stars for free lemon pound cake! I like that the staff verified if I wanted whip cream before handing me my order. Delish! There were a few children running around in the Cafe. Can't blame the staff for that . . . .

Kid-friendliness: The staff trust parents/guardians to monitor their children. I concur.
