DO NOT EAT OR DRINK HERE - I went there today and there was a guy (Mario or something) who was open mouth coughing into his hands and all over everything in front of him (coffee/ cups/ register)Absolutely disgusting that they don’t better train their employees. ESP during cold & flu season.

If you are Latino please DON’T go to this Starbucks location, this lady sd she will be with me in a moment but 3 persons went to order ahead of me WHILE I was in line waiting for her to attend me she didn’t even care that I was with my toddler, if that’s not racist I don’t know what was that then, so I walked out and had to order by the app (and yes I’m a loyal customer from Starbucks) because I need to get the food for my kid, that was the only way I could get my food and possibly no one’s gonna see my review but hope this help someone else in order to NOT be treated like that.

Andrew, Russell and the entire team are so friendly and personal. I come often and although it can get very busy the staff is very aware and do the best job in getting to everyone. I really appreciate the leadership in this location.

Barista NINA purposely skipped over my drink for over 36 minutes. It only had 2 customizations on my matcha drink, and I’m sure it was easier to focus on making simple drinks but my food was cold by the time I spoke up and told the cashier. New stickers would print out of the machine and she made those “ easier” drinks first and constantly rearranged them until I spoke up that I order over 32 minutes ago. Once I spoke up she made my drink. Please make them in the order you receive and stop cutting corners.

While on my way to work, I walked into Starbucks to pick up a mobile order on Friday, June 30th between 7:20-7:24 am. To my surprise, a customer was sitting inside the Cafe with his puppy stuffed under the table while chatting it up with another individual. No, it was not a service animal. Trust me, I looked because I was frightened. I'm afraid of dogs. I pay close attention wherever I go. The dog should not have been inside Starbucks unless it was a certified service animal. They are serving food there. I guess I'll move on to the next Starbucks.
