Don't really drink Starbucks, so I really didn't know what to order. The young lady recommended a warm drink with Carmel and whipped cream. Let me tell you, it was soooo delicious!Parking: They did have a shared parking lot with other businesses. It's a popping area, so parking close to Starbucks may not happen. I was able to get a spot not far away.Kid-friendliness: Yes, it was kid friendly. I took kids.

I work near this Starbucks, so it’s safe to say this location is my go to! Everytime this one employee is working she is rude, & disrespectful! It doesn’t matter how many times you’re nice to her or even a simple question or compliment! She is rude! I will not be returning to this location. Not to mention you can order the same thing everytime and it’s NEVER the same.

Drinks were very good. We order a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and the same drink over ice and was pretty good.

In a world where chains have taken over it’s still nice to have a small community of people that you share smiles and tears with. Moments of confusion when I have no strength to make a decision my local team at Starbucks is a family to me! I love the crew here and hope you too feel like family!

Just stopped in to grab a drink after my Target run and left without ordering because the waitstaff was ridiculously rude. When I walked to the counter and said “hi, how are you?” to the gentleman working he completely ignored me…and when I said it again, louder, he started LAUGHING and said “oh sorry, I was just getting your cup…” I hadn’t ordered- why would he be “getting my cup?” Also, shouldn’t the employee greet the guest, instead of the other way around? I said, “you know what? I’m good, thanks.” Why spend my money where staff is rude? Train your employees or get better ones.

Liam was nice. Staff didn't know about allergen information in food items and when they tried to check they were rushing and I didn't get a clear answer. After stepping out of line and Googleing it I ordered the sandwich and when I got it it was ice ice cold in the center. Very disappointing.

Got inside the line at 8:45pm. I saw the lady standing by the register. She walks away as 2 ladies walk up to get in line as me and my boyfriend proceed to get in line too. She was gone until 8:54 when the first 2 ladies start leaving the line. She tells me and my boyfriend she’s closed. I asked well what time did they close I’ve been here once 8:45. She said well it’s almost 9 and we close at 9 but I like to close early. She told us that she’s already cleaned mostly everything and she’s closed closed for the night. I told her I wish it was posted somewhere online or in store that you guys close earlier than 9 because I would’ve made my way to a different Starbucks. She said “Well, sorry” turned around and took the metal pots out the sink.She barely looked at us while talking and when she was telling us these things she sounded really smart and rude and she acted like she could care less if she closed early or not. Before leaving I looked around and I’m pretty sure she was being honest when she said she was almost finished cleaning up for the night. Because nothing was out, all the pots were in the sink and draining. I would’ve liked her to tell us and the 2 other customers that she was already closed than wasting our time by watching us walk up and leave us standing til almost 9pm to come back and tell us.This Starbucks location lost 4 customers in line for coffee and a lady and man (possibly a couple) looking at the reusable cups for sale on the shelves. I hope management talks to her about her rude tone and carelessness of last minute customers (even though I was there 15 minutes before). I get starting to close maybe 5 min before but since she was almost done she had to have started closing at least 8:30 of not before then. And if she doesn’t get spoken to I hope management is kind enough to put signs up that they will not be closing at the scheduled 9pm time but Earlier.

Well driving all over Durham at 8:30PM looking for the closest Starbucks open was a little stressful, but when I finally found one that was open til 9PM I was thrilled. When I walked in at 8:50PM, the worker tells me that they were closed but me knowing what time they actually closed, I asked. The worker proceeds to tell me she likes to close early because she had a lot of work. Meanwhile, I spent my last hour looking for an open Starbucks and I was bummed. This now brought me here, writing a review to warn anyone who's looking forward to their coffee drink at 8:30PM, they might not serve you.

System is always down. Slow service. I've been to this Starbucks more times and not gotten a coffee than I have and actually got a coffee.
