I made a delivery here, they are clueless! Not well at greeting you or acknowledgement, atleast not this day, and not terribly busy, it was only 8ish on a Sunday! I had to open my mouth to get service, only to be told that someone would help me, ordered my wife a carmel machiatto.. get that home and she said it was awful and tasted like milk only! I don't have 6 dollars to waste! Please get this right! Coffee is your business and so should good customer service!!

Our drinks were made in correctly and when we went in to have them fixed, they still made them wrong. Customer service is horrible at this location. I would rather drive 1.5 miles down the street to the one on Chapel Hill past 540.

The white guy with the long curly hair that always has on the toboggan, didn't even acknowledge me when I got to the window. I sat there for a good while before he just stuck out the card reader for payment. He rolled his eyes when I asked if I could have a small bag for my items and didn't even say thank you. The only reason I'm doing this review is because this isn't the first time. Hes always on drive thru and it's rude and annoying to continue to get the same treatment. I've come to this location due to the convenience for years. Ill spend my money at the newer store down the street rather than deal with his attitude again.

Only person here, 7:45 PM on Thursday, mobile order scheduled to be picked up at 7:34 PM, homeboy at the register talking about biology, not acknowledging me at all, taking his sweet sweet time. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m still in line with nothing better to do so….

I can finally post my feelings about this place because I longer work up the block, where they were addicted to Starbucks. This location is RUDE, SLOW, AND CONSTANTLY MESSING UP ORDERS. They never have supplies and won’t give you things in your hand when your holding out your hand. I’m glad I never have to go back to this store!

First Time going to this location. Friendly staff that wasn't over caffeinated. You know what I mean. Made my drink quickly even with the place being some what corded. I did find a seat and was able to relax for a bit. I watch the staff help others and didn't seem to stressed. Drive thru was moving fairly quickly. Overall great service. The coffee is what it is a Starbucks. You know what you are going to get.

What can I say about this place? I’m that weirdo that thinks this location is absolutely magical, because everyone I encounter is an absolute sweetheart at the drive-thru. The fact that a rotational staff automatically knows my order combination (with the straw ?) when I pull up and greets me by name is pretty dope, but the friendliness of the staff when i actually pull around really sets my day in motion! I am so appreciative of those who take the time to add a personal touch and ask about my plans or how my day has been. Yeah, I can tell it’s awkward filler for some, but the effort of trying to connect is golden. Then, there are times that I have to remember where I am and not hold up the line, cause we have some great conversations ???

This staff has been in place for some very tough times in my life, and those small moments of conversation have meant the world to me. I want to give a shout out to those who make my day: Tyler, Richard, Hannah, Annica, Jay, Lonnie, and Deven!! You guys rock!! Excellent customer service consistently.
