I went to Starbucks today and the hospitality was outstanding. The manager, Lexi, was incredibly friendly and even customized my order during the busiest time of the day and year. Super fast service and a great experience overall!

I visit this Starbucks every day as it’s only 3 mins from my house and have never had any issues. I gave it 48 hrs to see if District manager Raney would return my voicemail & have received nothing. My experience with a worker named Sophia was so horrible that I will not be coming here anymore. I spend hundreds of my money at this particular store and would least expect a call back. From the workers to the higher up seems to be a lot of unprofessionalism. It’s not accepted. My next step is reporting to the BBB.

I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone here is very warm welcoming and kind! I also put in a mass (12 person) order today at 7:30AM and they got it done QUICK! Some places will be a little snobby or rude because of a big order during a busy time like that but they weren’t! I love these guys! Zero complaints here and definitely worth all the Stars 😊

I got my usual this morning and whoever wrote among us people and “you have been ejected” plus “there are no imposters left!” deserves a raise. This is the best hand written note I’ve ever gotten. Totally tops the “you rock” and “have a good day.” Keep it up, you made my day brighter! Plus the drink tasted amazing!!!!

This location is usually pretty good but recently I have noticed they will turn their online ordering system off and the store is dead. As a consumer who primarily uses the app, it is a bit frustrating to me. When I first began to notice I understood as I worked in the food and beverage industry. But recently it has been every other day it’s off & I go to the store and it’s not busy! I would like this to change as my experience here has become very inconsistent!
