Worst experience at a Starbucks I have ever had. I came here to have a coffee with my wife and we asked for a real coffee cup which they provided after putting the coffee in a paper cup (not very environmentally friendly. Then after we transferred it to the regular glass coffee cup we started to walk out the door to sit on the patio area to sit and enjoy the coffee and the person behind the counter screamed at us that we could not take it outside the store and that they were closing in 30 minutes and we had to drink it inside. (Even though they have tables set up outside.). I will never visit or buy from Starbucks again.

Shoutout to Vince for being quick, professional, and incredibly helpful - he fixed a drink/food order that was made incorrectly at another Starbucks. His proactive and quick resolution is a credit to Starbucks!

It’s too bad there isn’t a zero star option. I have been a loyal Starbucks customer since 2010, and I mean multiple times a week, all over the world.This morning I ordered 2 lattes and 4 food items. $40 later and half-way through my ham and cheese baguette, I spotted something green in my cheese. Yes in, not on. After all, this wasn’t blue cheese, so I was a bit confused. Thinking it was a random piece of chive or parsley, though odd, I tried to get it out. Well, it wasn’t a chive or parsley, or anything edible for that matter. It was MOLD! Yes, MOLD! I called the store and they apologized and offered zero concern for my health or even a refund. I had to request a phone number to contact corporate. I contacted corporate, and again only got an I’m sorry this happened. Again I had to ask what Starbucks would do about this. I was then offered a refund of the $7, and a call to the store to offer feedback. They later offered $5 as a credit. After being transferred to a different group, I was offered $25, inclusive of the refund. After further discussion, I was offered $40, the same amount I spent. Later the representative asked that I consent to $40 as a final resolution including if I get sick and need medical attention.Thanks Starbuck. Nice knowing you. Your customer service for actual issues is trash.I’ll also add that my sister threw up immediately after having her latte and both of us had upset stomachs all day.

An excellent Starbucks that I'd only avoid when Cars and Coffee is happening. This Starbucks is always quick, clean and gets my order right but if Cars and Coffee is happening avoid this place. I don't have any criticisms outside of it being over run on Saturday mornings and crazy backed up. Outside of that time frame any other time I've been here it's super easy and always had a good experience.

I really like this location and a lot of other people do, too. They aren't on my way to work anymore, but on my days off I will go there for my breakfast and coffee.

I used to love this place, but lately, my experience has been terrible. The new associates don't pay attention to customization, and their lunch menu inventory is abysmal. They run out of lunch sandwiches by 1:30 pm consistently. This has happened far too many times for me to overlook. I'd recommend going to the location near G58 restaurant on Carrington Mill Blvd instead.

The person at the register was great. The person who finally gave us our order was great. Something was just off. We had a simple order, but somehow they managed to miss part of it. Overall, it was not a great experience.Not sure the deal, but it was just not pleasant.

This is for the manager: First, This has been one of my favorite Starbucks for a long time, but things have changed in the last few months that I have visited it, the attention has not been good and my personalized drink has not been prepared with my specifications , remember that their drinks are not cheap and the least one expects is that what one asks for is fulfilled. Second, today I visited the store and I saw something that I never thought could happen in this place, the Barista who was preparing a drink placed almond milk and it ran out and to complete the drink she placed oat milk!!! UNACCEPTABLE, please, manager, be more aware of the degree of commitment of your workers and the importance of taking care of allergies. He left this comment because the truth is very worrying and because I hope to help them improve. 3 stars because I know those who have worked there for a long time and would not do something like that, and they are super nice to me, just because of them.

Good starbucks! I've always had a good experience here and the staff is so friendly. I always go here. Parking is not super easy near the front but it's easy around back. Food is consistent and warm. I work all weird hours so I've been though out the day and never been unimpressed by the service. I've only been in the store once, but it's clean and has a nice atmosphere for doing some remote work. Maybe a little loud for reading but good to pop in some headphones and type away. Staff is always very nice and accommodating. I've had nice conversations with some of them while my drinks are being made.

Drinks are not consistent. I pay $6 for lukewarm milk with espresso when I order cappucinos or hot lattes. Where's the froth? It's disappointing. Requesting extra froth doesn't work. Furthermore, no one pays attention to the milk so the order is frequently wrong.Two stars for friendly staff and espresso.

Drive Thru: When I travel, I try not to visit my "usual" spots when here at home. Alas, I caved. To be short and sweet. My Chai Latte, more than hit the spot. It was, SO GOOD, I wanted to go back the next day, but picked up a latte at a local coffee shop instead. (That review, is in the works) The customer service was lackluster, that would be my only qualm.
